Monthly Rentals in Lake Pearl

We were lucky enough to find an opening at Richard's place last weekend. It's usually pretty much booked, but we were able to get the room for Saturday night. We've stayed in his other rooms 1 & 2 on different visits, but this was a first for room 3. It had everything we needed and more. The bed was super comfortable and we slept soundly. This neighborhood is peaceful and tranquil. We were trying to maximize our visit with Mom who is 99 and in a nursing home in town. Because everything is designed to make a seamless stay, we were able to really enjoy the time in Woonsocket. We didn't need the bottled water that was provided in room because we had some with us, but it is a gracious gesture. And we had plans to meet family for breakfast at Bellingham Palace, so we didn't use the kitchen that is available for the rental units. Because Larry and Richard work hard to keep their per night costs low, we had money left over for dining out! Will definitely stay again when available!

Was there for an extended amount of time due to construction to my home. It was a very peaceful stay and had enjoyed both indoors and outdoors alike

Love this airbnb! Great neighborhood and quiet! Was my second stay. Will be staying again in July.
