On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. One room with a queen-size bed, the other with a double bed; they have a view of the lake: one with a romantic balcony. There is a garage with a bike laboratory, canoe and paddleboard for free. From Oct. to Apr. €10 more per day for heating.

A ten-minute walk and you are in the cleanest lake in the area, Lago di Orta, swimming, paddle boarding, canoeing, everything is possible!

It has a nice terrace where you can have breakfast in peace and watch the stars at night. Crossing the street there is a children's playground. For trekking lovers it is a great starting point to be able to reach the trails that are many in the area and admire the beauty of our lake.
