Had a great time. Was pleasantly surprised! Staff was friendly and helpful. Kids loved beach and swimming. Enjoyed diner at the pub. Trailer was clean. Will be back for longer

Perfect location for a show at a local venue. Clean and comfortable and shops and restaurants a short drive in either direction. Matt and Kristy were responsive and had great instructions and communications. I will look to book again when returning to the area.

This was our first Airbnb. The location to family was essential and it was extremely convenient. The property is picturesque and relaxing. Our host was very responsive, respectful and pleasant. The RV was luxurious and comfortable. I must say, the sheets and duvet on our bed was the BEST! Thank-you for a fabulous experience. We will be back next summer 😊

This stay was absolutely incredible. It was nice to unplug but also get out for my partner’s birthday. We truly enjoyed the camper. It’s MUCH cuter than the pictures describe! Plenty of space for two people. VERY comfy bed! You’ll hear birds and wild life all night, which I loved. I loved that it’s high up away from the road for privacy. It felt as glamping and getting away in the middle of no where should feel. Plenty warm and the hosts are very responsive to any issues! They also tell you very clear and kind instructions. My partner and I already decided we want to plan a trip here again very soon and for much longer!

We had such a great time in Victoria and family’s trailer, and can strongly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a peaceful lakeside holiday. The best bit is the floating pier at the end of the garden, which has great fishing off the side, and where we all learned the basics of how to fish. The location is peaceful - you won’t meet anyone apart from anyone renting the cottage next door. Napanee is about 20 mins drive away & has everything you could need. The hosts are very helpful whenever asked, but will otherwise leave you alone, and they’ve set it up so you don’t actually need to see or speak with them unless by exception. We rented a small boat & fishing kit from them and that simplified things. The trailer has everything you need - it all works & if you need anything it’s sorted quickly. The trailer furnishings are a touch dated I guess, but this is a very, very minor gripe & shouldnt put you off. This is an EXCELLENT place to stay & we strongly recommend it. Enjoy!

I took my daughter to a concert at a local venue for her birthday. Tim met us a few minutes after we arrived to say hello and see if we needed anything. We totally enjoyed sitting outside cooking burgers on the grill looking into the woods. Enjoyed the outdoor show and we had everything we needed. Very peaceful setting, Everything look like the photos in the listing. The listing does say "no heat or hot water. That is an error, plenty of hot water inside and in the outdoor shower. The RV also had working heat. Very peaceful, rustic and serene.

upon arrival was pleasantly surprised of the grounds how well manicured . trailor was clean and the amenities were there . host was very pleasant. very private and quiet. had a great fire . pet the horses . Highly recommend and I got to see the other larger trialors . going to book one of those next time in area ..

Rob was super easy to work with and a seemed like a great guy. The place was exactly what we were looking for and he was very accommodating in making sure we had everything that we needed

The trailer had everything we needed for a family vacation. The part of the trailer with the kids bunks was very spacious with a play area and there were toys and games for the kids to play with. The pool at the campground had two lifeguards at all times, which I was very happy with. The campground also had a small Beach with a lot of communal toys to share. Racheal was easy to get in touch with and responded very quickly. We really appreciated that she let us know ahead of time that there was an event at the campground for the kids on the day that we were arriving so that we could be prepared and enjoy it. We did a day trip to the Warsaw caves which I would definitely recommend!

Loved this place! Even better than the pictures! It had all the details and comfort of a boutique hotel (the bed was amazing!), but with the fun of a camping trip. We rode bikes into town for coffee and pastries, and enjoyed a fire (with the included firewood) in the evening. It was so quiet and peaceful, we even saw a deer pass through! We definitely plan to use the kayaks at our next visit. Wish we had a place like this near us in San Diego!

We had a great time. Location is central to 2 fingerlakes . Great hiking and wineries in the area. Lots of amenities for family fun. We hope to visit again.

Martina' property is stunning and we adored the rooster and seeing horses on her property and across the road. The trailer was bigger than any hotel room I have stayed at and Martina and her husband were available for anything we thought we did not have. I would highly recommend staying here to visit Niagara Falls. It was delighful, well taken care of and had a wonderful big bed.

We had another great stay at this airbnb. It served our purpose well, and we look forward to staying here again soon.
