Experience stunning ocean views from the comfort of this beachfront property with the popular Papamoa Beach just across the road. It is a short walk to the Surf Club , restaurants, Supermarkets and shops. The open -concept kitchen is well equiped with modern appliances. The decks are huge with large sliders opening on to them which creates an indoor / outdoor flow. There are 4 good size bedrooms, along with 3 full size bathrooms. It is a scenic 45 minute drive to Rotorua.

Enjoy the all day sun into the main living areas and entertaining deck. Please note: the pool is not heated, perfect for cooling down over summer months.
