This Lake nacimiento house has a great feel with a peaceful roof top deck , out door shower and pizza oven. It’s a short 5 minute ride down to launch your boat. Starlink internet works great. Deep 25 foot garage for a boat. Washer and dryer included , kitchen has electric stove , refrigerator. You get access to the oak shores pool , jacuzzi , pickle ball and fun events. Registration form needs to be sent to oak shores 24 hours prior to arrival. Oak shores charges 25 per day for watercraft

The town is in the country surrounded by open pasture lands. Lots of wildlife and critters humming all around. Harmony is right off scenic Highway 1 between Cayucos and Cambria.
