Everything is fine, no problems with the apartment or Gabriela's service. Very helpful and attentive to everything in order. We only had one problem with the heating but luckily there were other alternatives such as electric heaters. Very clean and well located apartment. If I go back to Puerto Varas I would book this apartment again. I recommend it.

Everything was spectacular, the apartment is very modern and with all the amenities you might need. Excellent views of the lake and volcano, and Jordi was very helpful with everything. Couldn't be better.

Miguel Ángel's apartment is a great option for families with children, it's comfortable and spacious. The host was in touch when needed, and shared a very useful guide to get around Puerto Varas. The apartment was impeccably clean and tidy and very well equipped to cook and eat if you don't want to go out. Very nice neighborhood and views of the city. We took advantage of it as much as we could. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time at your place. The view from the bedrooms and living room were magical being 14 floors up overlooking 180 degrees of the bay. So many extras, we felt right at home. We loved being at the beachside end of Puerto Montt away from the noise and traffic, too.

We had an amazing time with my family. An excellent view of the lake, the apartment is comfortable with a terrace to enjoy. Close to several very good restaurants and we enjoyed excellent cuisine. We enjoyed all the wonders of Puerto Varas and its surroundings by taking some tours. Everything is wonderful to come back every year to enjoy these beautiful places that our beloved Chile offers us. Nicolas was always attentive to our needs, questions and advice, he is a very good host. Thanks for everything, Nico!!
