Adults-Only Private Getaway. In the countryside of Te Miro, in the heart of New Zealand's central North Island just 15 mins from Cambridge, featuring breathtaking views and spectacular sunsets. Our two-bedroom suite includes a lounge and dining area, luxurious bathroom, and private hot tub/jacuzzi. The Hilly House is a hillside property in the heart of the Whitehall district, surrounded by beautiful rural views. Very private. Outdoor baths for relaxing in peace, star gazing with a glass of wine or two. Our friendly and inquisitive llamas will come over to greet you, you can fine their pellets inside the house. Relax and unwind in our intimate studio by Lake Karapiro. Treetops studio is situated in a peaceful garden setting with lovely views over the treetops above Lake Karapiro. At the end of the drive(500m) is the Karapiro domain - enjoy a short walk to have a coffee at the Podium cafe or cycle/walk the Te Awa cycleway. We are 20mins from Hamilton airport and a great location to access local tourist attractions: Cambridge 10mins, Hobbiton 30mins, Rotorua 1hour, Waitomo caves 1 hour.

Our Bed & Breakfast is a stone's throw from Lake Karapiro's water sports and rowing, with a 5 minute drive to nearby Cambridge town. A fully private 1 bedroom Annexe, while connected to the main house is fully independent so you can be assured of your privacy. Sofa bed for greater than 2 guests, if used for 2 guests an additional cost of $15 per night to cover laundering. Continental breakfast items provided to make breakfast when you are ready, whether this be early or later.

You need to have a break on your way north or south? Rest up at our brand new self-contained unit in quiet, rural setting, just outside Tirau. Only 25 minutes to Hobbiton, 15 min. to amazing Waihou Blue Springs and 2 minutes to Tirau, with unique coffee shops and lovely boutique stores. We have just moved in next door ourselves, and are still finishing the landscaping around our lovely home. Come and repose!

Romantic night in a 'Hole in the Ground'

You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination. Spend a night in a real 'Hole in the Ground' in the middle of the Waikato. Situated between my grapes and the Feijoa orchard. Comes with a nice breakfast with homemade bread and bacon and eggs (own chickens) and homemade jams. Only suited for one or 2 persons (pets only at prior approval, service animals are ok).

We are on a 10 hectare lifestyle block, on the doorstep of Lake Karapiro which is only 7 minutes away. The space has its own private entrance and all the areas available are for your use only while you are staying. There is an electric frypan, toasted sandwich maker, microwave, toaster and jug, also provided is cereal, milk, bread, spreads, tea, coffee & juice.
