Also used to survive in different natural conditions at different times of the year. Drinking and usage water from the lake. Lighting with solar panel. No electricity. Outdoor toilet. Cellar.

Log house on the shore of Lake Inari

Unique massive log house on the shores of Lake Inari. The villa is located near the wilderness of Northern Inari, completely on its own. There is no light pollution or noise in the area. It's a short drive to northern Norway. Hunting, fishing, kayaking and hiking areas open from the yard. The boat launch is located in the yard of the house, as well as a rowboat and a small boat dock and a fire pit on the beach. In the yard you can see the northern lights, reindeer and wild nature. The area is an old Inari Sámi settlement.

This property is not good fit for those who can't pay attension to reading house manual and rules. You must be willing to live like it would be your own. This is not just another object for you to use like you want, this is our home and you are most welcomed and appreciated when you respect this.

Come to relax for Metsola. Very peaceful log accommodation located next to the lake Inari. Main building, sauna room, hut and storage. A parking lot and pier at lake. Dry toilet away from main building, no running water but in summer a tube from the spring. 12V electricity from the battery for lighting and usb-charging. If necessary, 230V electricity with generator. The kitchen has a gas stove and a 12V refrigerator or a small gas refrigerator. The cabin is heated with a fireplace and stove.

Savu is furnished with style by Finnish design. You can chill along fireplace and check aurora borealis from your own pier. Savu has also an exotic smoke sauna in the same building what you can also rent for an extra fee. Hot tube is also possible to rent. Ice swimming is possible as well.

Beautiful lake and fell scenery opens straight away from the front door and sauna. Cottage has modern equipments for cozy living, a fireplace and wood-heated sauna. During the evenings you can hear huskies howling few kilometers away and hopefully spot the auroras dancing above the lake. Entrance to bathroom through cold veranda.
