definitely would recomend this home to anyone the price is more than fair and it's literally close to the beach and the strand i couldn't have found a better spot for the weekend

We had a wonderful experience staying at this beautiful home. The property was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. We truly enjoyed all the amenities the home had to offer, which made our stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing. Our hosts were also fantastic—very responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. This was a great stay from start to finish, and we would absolutely return again!

Loved the location, pool and house were clean and tons of fun. Had floats for the pool, bbq pit with propane. Moree was very nice, helpful and responsive. We would rent the house again. Fabulous stay!!!

Khanh and Ha house was everything my friends and I expected. Decided to do a local bachelor party here in Houston. It was fun! Definitely played pickleball, basketball, and the pool was so nice to jump into after the summer heat. The inside was also awesome! The karaoke room was a great addition to the home. We definitely enjoyed that late at night. All in all awesome home. What’s even better was that khanh and ha were great at communicating. Any time we would have a question it would take no longer than 30 min for them to get back to us if not it was quick. I would definitely recommend this air bnb to other friends and family. I stayed in Adriana’s home for a girls trip and we had so much fun. The home was perfectly located close to everything. Restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, bars, and the airport. Easy access to the highway. The house was beautiful and had everything you would need to stay away from home and more. Exactly like the pictures. I would highly recommend.

Linse and the house were both great! The property was very clean with lots of helpful little touches to make our family comfortable for our stay. Linse was super responsive and friendly. We didn’t spend time in the backyard because it was so hot during our visit, but it looked like the pictures. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place in the Katy area!

Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful home! The back yard was AMAZING! The house was very spacious with everything you could possibly need! House was also very clean. The back yard is breathtaking, heated pool, fire pit, plenty of outdoor sitting and even a TV outside. Gloria was very nice and very responsive and answered all of my questions as well as provided clear instructions on checking in and out. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this beautiful home again!

This place was beautiful! We took our seniors for their Senior Class Trip. Bryan was very accommodating. We unexpectedly needed to check in earlier than planned. He worked it out with no issues. The kids loved the pool and fire pit. We couldn’t keep most of them off the ping pong table. We had a few bumps while there. The washer and stove went out. However, Bryan was very proactive. He had someone there in no time. He also checked in multiple times to make sure everything was going well! This is what a Airbnb stay should be like. Sure, everything will not be perfect. But with a host like this, it sure felt like it!!! Thanks again for the beautiful stay!

James was a great host! Very friendly and helpful. He provided prompt access info and instructions. We all loved the relaxing pool, ping pong table in the game room, the space throughout the house, the sound system and grilling on the patio. The details were a wonderful bonus such as the throw blankets, kitchen utensils, and the beach towels and pool toys. Very family friendly home and a great place to retreat.

The condo is well-stocked with dishes, cookware, and bathroom amenities. There is also a chest on the balcony containing a variety of recreational items for the beach. And there's a full-sized washer and dryer. I'll keep this on my list when I return.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this home in Texas. It was the perfect spot to spend quality time with family. The house was clean, comfortable, and the pool was a great bonus especially for unwinding and enjoying the warm weather. The host was incredibly helpful, always available, and provided clear instructions that made everything easy. Highly recommend for a peaceful family getaway!

Amy was an amazing and responsive host. She answered all questions immediately and offered some great experiences and options while planning the weekend. And it was a wonderful weekend! The property and amenities were just as they were described and we enjoyed it all - even the outdoor movie screen. The view was breathtaking and the surroundings relaxing. Love the well-stocked kitchen and labels! We will definitely return if the opportunity presents itself.

Very nice and peaceful environment. Had plenty to do to keep our family and kids engaged. There were a few chairs loose or broken but it wasn't enough to look past and enjoy our time. The pool table came in handy. The rooms were great. The bunk bed room was good but the very top bunk is were too close to the ceiling and could make you claustrophobic if you weren't already. Overall great experience.

The cavana is beautiful and peaceful, it feels cozy. Free from all the crazy city lights and traffic sounds. Like been at home in the jungle. Far away from everyone and everything. It's a perfect cozy get away. My bestie and my friends love it. They were all surprised and very happy, everyone was excited and lots of things to explore and do. We all love it and 100% recommend the cavana and the friendly host. We call it cavana because it feels peaceful, calm, cozy. I hope everyone enjoys their stay just like we did.

From the soft, plush linens and cozy beds to the abundance of fresh towels and fully stocked essentials, every detail was thoughtfully prepared. The home was spotless and incredibly comfortable for a large group, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy both indoors and out. The outdoor space was a dream—gorgeous waterfront views, plenty of seating, and direct access to the lake made it the perfect setting for morning coffee, evening chats, and everything in between. We had such a relaxing and memorable stay. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation!

My family and I had a fantastic weekend at this beach house. Even though the rest of the areas had issues because of Jeep weekend, this house was away from the event and we were able to enjoy the beach with no problems. We even extended our stay an extra day to check out the rest of the area after the event. Cant wait to go back!

Well-appointed, super clean accommodations and a wonderful host are what you get at this oceanfront Airbnb! We enjoyed watching huge pods of pelicans cruise the shoreline for their daily catches + a quiet and peaceful vibe the entire week!!

I came here for my bachelor party with a bunch of my friends. We were there for three days and had something new to do every single day. The host were very friendly, and we’re very responsive to the many questions that we had I would recommend this place to everyone, and we will be back for sure !

Serene and peaceful! Beautiful porch to sit, relax and listen to the birds. Easy paddle from the back dock out to the lake. Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. One of the cleanest, and best properties we have ever stayed at. They thought of everything! Anything we forget to pack, they had there for us to use.

Great Place, Great location! Very quiet neighborhood. Home has everything you need plus some. Beds are very comfortable, and space is very clean and organized. The Kayaks and the Paddle boat were a ton of fun. We caught lots of fish in the lake and some right off the back dock. We will return very soon.
