This unique custom-built 4,000 sq. ft. lake house with swimming pool is located on Poplar Creek (near water marker 14) in the upscale subdivision of Morristown. The home offers fabulous views, a full-sized private swimming pool with slide, a large back yard, a double decker boathouse with 2 boat slips and a jet ski slip, and good water depth at the boathouse. The outside boasts 3 balconies and 1 covered porch, a grill, 24 chaise lounge chairs, and plenty of comfortable patio and pool furniture.

A peaceful cozy cove home near main Lake just minutes from Eaton Ferry Bridge by road or water. A fire pit with plenty of firewood for guests to use. A propane grill with its own covered deck is available. Dock for your boat off our boat house and fish any time. Guests have use of the Kayak's, Corn hole & water toys. There is a guest pass to the seasonal community pool, recreational area and boat ramp. There is a Food Lion, ABC store, restaurants and gas station only 5 minutes away. No ESA.

The kids can splash in the lake while you lounge a hammock or catch some rays in the sun. Take the family for a paddle on the kayaks. Relax in the sunroom with your morning coffee, or play boardgames at night.

Historic Warrenton Small Cabin

Beautiful guest house, located steps from the main house, hidden from public. The cabin is tucked away in our manicure backyard. Spacious fenced in yard where your fur babies can run free. Enjoy the large pergola with comfy seating for nighttime relaxation or dining. The house offers a living room, kitchenette (NO STOVE) and spacious bathroom. The second floor is a large LOFT with a dividing wall separating the two sleeping areas. There are 13 steps to the second floor. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTY!

Cheerful 3-bedroom Cottage in lakeside community

Enjoy family time at the lake and relax in this peaceful cottage that is walking distance to the community beach with a sand volleyball court, basketball court, picnic and playground area. If you have a boat bring it. You will have access to the beach boat ramp. The home has 3 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you love golf , no problem..the property is part of a country club with a 9 hole golf course (daily fees apply). If you like tennis, tennis courts are also available for a daily fee.
