This apartment is private, inviting, spacious, peaceful, and brilliantly clean. We felt welcome from the moment we stepped in! We stayed here for a week while our house was being renovated, and it was a home away from home. The views of the lake and sunsets are gorgeous. The full kitchen has everything you need to prepare and cook, which we did most nights. The bed is very comfortable, and we slept well. Brian and Sue are excellent hosts. They are kind, responsive, and knowledgeable of the area. I would not hesitate to stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants a lovely retreat!

It’s feels like pressure to write a review that stands up to ALL the other incredible reviews. I suppose we should stop there because that says it all. But we will add this: Ellie and Tower either wrote the book on hospitality or they read it 100 times. There is no doubt you will get the sense that everything is done with an eye to making you happy and comfortable…. And they do that in Spades. If this place caught your eye… act now… it will capture your heart as well.

Excellent and beautiful location. Very scenic and tranquil. The location allows you to relax while still being in reach of everything. The unit was very well maintained and clean. All the Amenities of home without the chaos.

This stay was incredible! The Airbnb was so clean and was beautiful. Christine, the host, was so kind, helpful, and responsive. The Airbnb is tucked away so it's peaceful but only a 5-10 minute drive away from the restaurants, stores, etc. Absolutely perfect. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

This lovely spot perched right on the edge of a pristine lake was such a peaceful place to spend the weekend! Nothing fancy, just everything we were looking for: a comfortable, cozy space with a beautiful vista.

June is an exceptional host. She went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. She is the perfect blend of attentive and laid back. Her place is so charming and welcoming- exactly what we were looking for in a peaceful getaway. Our dog had the best time jumping off the dock into the pond. It was a very relaxing home surrounded by beautiful waterfront wildlife( a pair of swans and other birds ) and views. It was well worth the stay and I would like to stay there again and I would recommend it to family and friends in the future.

I have stayed at lots of places in the last few years . . . and this place ranks right at the top. It is beyond beautiful. The water views from the living room and both bedrooms made it hard to leave and come home. It's actually even more amazing than the pictures. Don't think twice! Book this place now!

Beautiful Airbnb lots to do in or out of the airbnb, ran into the owner’s mother in the hallway and she was the sweetest person ever! Gave us recommendations on things to do in the area. Definitely would stay there again it was so peaceful and nice!

We had a great experience staying at your home on Big Alum Lake! Very calming with plenty of amazing views! My grandkids and family really enjoyed the water front! Amazing quiet overnight made for great sleep! Beautiful kitchen and very sittings and gathering areas made this a great home! Host was very responsive and accommodating!

This was our second time to stay. It had a gorgeous view surrounded by beautiful trees. It was so peaceful and relaxing with everything we needed. James is so easy to work with and very responsive. Highly recommended!

I hate to say too many great things since I kind of feel like I want to keep this a secret. This is our second time staying here. The location is awesome — spectacular views from any of the many windows in this contemporary style house. The beds are decent and there’s lots of beach stuff (chairs, towels, umbrella) plus kayaks w/life vests. Well equipped kitchen and good size dining room table. And did I mention the views?… of course I did, but it’s worth mentioning again! A great beach about a mile away. Dining choices are limited now because of the tragic fire at the Matunuck Oyster Bar a few nights before our arrival. Our host was kind enough to send us an email prior to our arrival to inform us of this sad event. We had reservations there for our first night at the house. Since we are pretty casual, the food at Captain Jack’s and Jim’s Dock is decent… but sure missed Matunuck Oyster Bar and our hearts go out to all the staff as the busy summer season was about to begin.

This place really was a zen oasis, as described. It was peaceful, quiet and clean. The waterfront views were amazing. The space is clean and cozy and exactly as advertised. The porch overlooking the water was such a a relaxing place to chill out. Medhi was an amazing host even offering us complimentary early check in and late check out. I can't say enough great things about this stay and we will be back soon.

Beautiful place. We caught fish off the dock. Loved sitting in the kitchen,catching up with friends.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the cottage. It was so very peaceful and we loved being literally right around n the water! Slept amazingly well and the cottage was just lovely! Robert was also a great host. 5 stars all around and we hope to return again!

We had a grate time at Denys lots of room for us all we. Had a large group we love. All the wood work on the main floor just lovely thank for allowing us to have extended stay that was soooooo convenient for us. Not many Airbnb offers it.😌 again thanks and much blessings 🙏

I am so grateful to of had the pleasure of meeting Denise and Lynwood.They both have a warm heart and a contagious smile and the accommodations were remarkable.There home offers you a beautiful .lame view and location was perfect close to all restaurants and local recreational activities. I would definitely stay there again.

What a wonderful and peaceful location! Doreen was very responsive and exceptionally helpful. The pictures are spot with a very clean and well stocked home. Amazing views from the bedroom and second floor deck. Amazing place to fish, kayak, and just enjoy the scenery! Enjoyed hiking nearby, great food in the area and a very scenic location to relax.
