House vacation rentals in Lake Buchanan

House was beautiful! Only “complaint” is for those sensitive to the light: there are no black out curtains provided. It’s worse in the front room because the flood/spot light by the garage is motion activated and turns on every five seconds, shining right into the room. Other than that: everything was amazing

Great house and the view was amazing. There wasn’t anything close but to do unfortunately and due to the lake being so low, there was no real lake access in the area. The only close food place down the street was closed the whole time we were there. House offered a lot and was very comfortable. There wasn’t anything close construction going on across the street and next door that took away from the peacefulness but that is no fault to the owners. We enjoyed ourselves with what we had. It was nice to just getaway. The pool and pool house was a hit with my kids. Overall it was a nice stay.

it was the perfect peaceful relaxing vacation that my husband and i wanted!!! we enjoyed spending time out by the pool and watching the deer in the back.

Jay's place was absolutely amazing. Very peaceful, clean, comfortable, easy to find and even has neighborhood park with pickle ball, pool and lake access. Close to lake Travis and Austin, but with a private and exclusive feel. The pool was amazing, but most of all the host was very responsive, respectful, friendly and accessible. It overall is a 5 star experience! I would definitely go back and I highly recommend!

Lovely home and beautifully decorated. We had to stay for a week for my husband’s job and I work from home. It has a cozy office with great internet and a nice patio to hang out in the evening. The home was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

The place was beautiful snd so unique! We loved the furnishings and the outdoor spaces! The spool was wonderful, and we spent much of our time just enjoying the views! We particularly enjoyed the sunsets! It was a very relaxing weekend for us!

Late on a Friday afternoon before a long planned family vacation, a home we had rented through another service suddenly became unavailable due to a maintenance issue. That service was unable to accommodate us otherwise. Being in a bit of a panic, we were very fortunate to find this house on Airbnb and contacted the owner (Tim). Tim is a super nice guy and great to work. He was very responsive and provided a personalized experience that you don't often get. As it turned out, we ended up in a nicer home in a better location at a more competitive price. The home is modern and well kept, "very" clean and had much to offer the six teenagers with us. The home is located on the main body of the lake with wide open water and a great view. The home is also within minutes of gasoline/food by water if you have a boat or jet skis. I can truly say we had a great time making memories and highly recommend this location!

From questions prior to booking, to wishing us a safe trip home, this was definitely one of our best trips! Host Team was amazing and extremely attentive, no complaints. We absolutely plan to come back to this little slice of paradise!

AMAZING. 10/10. Felt like walking into an HGTV dream home. Spotless kitchen and bathrooms, comfy beds, every single amenity we could have hoped for. Especially appreciated the spaciousness, ample natural light, and easy to close blinds for privacy at night. We were able to walk to the heart of downtown for dinner and live music on the square, and even felt safe walking back after dark. Would stay here again a thousand times over.

We loved staying at The Armadillo Villa! Charli was great and super communicative. All photos were accurate depiction of the space!

Cecilia was a great hostess. The hostess with the "mostest." She was super responsive. The place was super clean. Very nice and quaint. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city (I live in Dallas) this is a great place to stay. Cecilia even put some snacks and ice in the fridge for us to take to the Spider Mountain Bike Park. They came in handy as it got a little hot in the afternoon. Will stay there again for sure. Thanks for being a great Hostess Cecilia!

Everything was exactly how it was described and pictured. Check in was super easy and they were very responsive when you had a question. My family had a blast and will return again.

We had a wonderful stay in this peaceful and unique glass house. Surrounded by nature, the view is beautiful and it’s very quiet-perfect for a relaxing getaway. It’s also close to several great parks. The house is well-equipped with everything we needed for daily life. A very special and memorable experience. My sons especially loved throwing rocks in the nearby parks. Highly recommended!

Husbands and boys stayed for weekend getaway. The house was very nicely done-extremely clean. Notes everywhere made for easy operations and cold water waiting for them. Husband and boys had a great time and loved staying there.

Host was very quick to respond. My 3 and 5 year old loved it! Everything was very tidy and clean. We have zero complaints about the place! 10/10 recommended!

Only thing missing from the description is the enjoyment you have looking outside to a herd of deer grazing in the yards. Take a Slow drive around the neighborhood and you’ll see even more! House was very well kept and plenty of extra towels and bedding available. Chris was very quick to respond when I had questions/concerns.

Wonderful place to stay - nestled at end of a cove - with a beautiful relaxing setting. Our large family really enjoyed this place - many lasting memories.

This was an absolutely amazing Airbnb. I have stayed in a lot of them, and this was the cleanest most well stocked one. Cameron was very responsive to everything. The area was peaceful and every morning I got up and walked because I knew the area was safe and full of deer. If you’re looking for a quiet trip by the lake with easy kayaking right off your back deck and you can get up and drink coffee in the morning off the deck and watch the deer morning and night this is where you want to stay.

Holly was very responsive to all of my requests and she always got back to me quickly. She did a great job providing information about the local area so we could chose some things to do. The house is on a large lot and it was quiet. Location close to Marble Falls, Inks Lake, and Longhorn Caverns State Park. Lots of nice parks in the neighborhood where you could walk down to the lake. The house was exactly as advertised. Check-in/check out were very easy. We loved the fence all around the property making it easy to bring pets and let them outside as needed. Nice and cold AC and lots of ceiling fans. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. If I was in the area, I'd stay here again. Holly did a great job before, during, and after our visit.

10/10!! Will definitely be planning to book it for any other birthday we have. Everything was great, Bethany is a great host, and they have a beautiful, relaxing place with great decoration and very spacious. We really enjoyed our pickle ball tournament. Super recommended.
