Monthly Rentals in Lake Bryan

Great place. Very accommodating for our pet. Large back yard. Great central location. Close to A&M campus and restaurants. Stacey was very accommodating with allowing us a late checkout time to spend time with our daughter and to have a safe place to leave our pet. Thank you for a great place.

We really enjoyed our stay! The rental is adorable and a great use of space. We loved how it was close to campus but still in a neighborhood. We will definitely rent again!

Bryan’s place is was great! The kitchen was well equipped and had everything needed. The beds were very comfortable. The rest of the apartment was very well appointed and decorated. You can tell a lot of thought and care went into putting the apartment together. The apartment is close to the local grocery store and you can not hear the train, something that is very common in Bryan. I would stay again at Bryan’s place when I am back in Bryan.

Came to the area for a wedding and stayed at this location. Very comfy and cozy. Hosts were able to accommodate any requests and responded quickly. Would stay here again.
