Nice new studio, in a quiet environment. Very close to the lake. Bicycle path nearby. Creek and waterfall on cleanliness. Guests have the entire apartment, as well as a large lake view terrace. They will also have the option to store (bikes and/or skis, etc...) in our workshop provided for this purpose. Located 200 meters from the famous Lake Annecy, the apartment offers an ideal viewpoint to contemplate it at different times of the day or according to the seasons. The city of Annecy and its amenities are minutes away by car.
