Newly renovated cosy apartment near scenic river

Renovation was finished in January 2024. First flor super cosy apartment located next to a stunning river in a incredibly well kept and tidy town! There is also some beautiful nature closeby which could make for some lovely evening walks. NEW portable air conditioning to combat hot weather:) Just a short 15 minutes away from the Kaunas airport! There are two big supermarkets 500m away! And also a Lidl 700m away. There are 3 restuarants closeby (1km) which include a Hesburger.

An amazing place to stay, Aivaras' home surpassed all our expectations and was even better than it looked in the photos! Loads of space and brilliantly kitted out to live really comfortably and easily. It is unbelievably peaceful and private. The hot tub worked incredibly well and was very effective. Also Aivaras provides absolutely everything needed to get it going. Loads of helpful stuff in the kitchen too. Amazing bbq. Comfy beds. Endless hot water and a good shower. What more could you want. We felt like millionaires sitting in the hot tub and looking at the stars! A sweet local shop a 2km walk away has everything you need, but not a great range of fresh fruit/veg or meat. Good supermarkets (Lidl etc) in Ukmerge (about 20mins away) can take care of that.

This was the second time here and everything was perfect as last time. Greatly suggested to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay while exploring the area.

If you're looking for amazing accommodation in a relaxing location on the edge of a forest outside Vilnius, then you have just found it. A 15-20' drive will bring you to the centre of the city with all its attractions. Excellent value-for-money and overall a beautiful house.

A really special place. This property was designed and built with so much attention to detail. We were very warmly welcomed by Arturas' father. He showed us everything and brought us fresh honey to taste. In addition, there were fresh eggs from the neighboring farm. The location is very private in the forest. You may hear dogs barking from the distant neighbors, otherwise only pleasant silence. There is an overnight house and on the other side of the lake the house for cooking and staying, as well as the sauna, the pool and a cart for storage. Light (battery lamp) and water (canister) are provided. Otherwise, there is no running water or electricity. You don't need that in this situation. Be sure to book the sauna, it's great for relaxing.
