In 5 Minuten erreichen sie den Bus (Haltestelle Herrmannstraße, Linie 5) mit dem sie in weiteren 5 Minuten in der Innenstadt sind. Fußläufig erreichen sie eine Bäckerei und weitere Einkaufsmärkte(10-15 Minuten zu Fuß). Sehenswürdigkeiten wie das schöne Marburger Schloss sind in ca. 25 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Hinsichtlich Freizeitgestaltung bietet die Ferienwohnung den optimalen Startpunkt für viele Ausflüge wie beispielsweise: Frei - Hallenbad, Minigolf, Kletterwand, Museum, Theater, Kino.
