The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern. It is a closed courtyard surrounded by old stone walls and lots of plants, great for children and animals. The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.

The house is listed both inside and outside and the apartment has four rooms. The kitchen is freshly renovated. There are three bedrooms and a living room with access to the terrace. The apartment is on the raised ground floor.

Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof! Du wohnst in einem herrlich offenen und großzügigen Loft, das früher der Heuboden über dem Pferdestall war. In der unteren Etage des Gebäudes befindet sich unser kleines Hofcafé, das nur am Wochenende geöffnet ist. Von dort geht es über eine Treppe zum Loft. Die Wohnebene ist ca. 65qm groß, eine offene Schlafebene ist über eine weitere Treppe zu erreichen!
