The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. High above the largest rock of the UNESCO World Heritage Site "Upper Middle Rhine Valley" hovers the legend of the Loreley with all its myths. A spectacular view of the three medieval castles of Katz, Maus and Rheinfels and the Loreleyfelsen makes the hearts beat faster. The Rheinsteig, one of the most popular hiking trails in Europe, leads directly past the house with its most picturesque stage. Excellent wines from the steep, sunny slopes make this region a pleasure.

The house is surrounded by greenery and yet close to the city. The panorama over the Rhine Valley and the city up to the Deutsches Eck is unique. The house is flooded with light. In the living room there is a Steinway grand piano and a library. Have breakfast in the conservatory or on the terrace in front of the kitchen. One of the bedrooms is particularly large and has its own bathroom. In three of the bedrooms, the mattresses have been on the floor so far.

Since I rarely use the apartment myself, it is now available as a vacation home and is fully equipped for this. In winter, the spacious living area provides coziness, while in summer the covered balcony and the sunny terrace with outdoor sleeping area invite you to linger.
