First time to book an airbnb and I'm pleasantly satisfied with my first booking. Remy's place is good enough for 2 pax and although the building is old, once you step inside the room, it's aesthically pleasing, modernly decorated to maximize space and looks exactly as published. Communication is smooth. Internet is stable. Netflix. Cotton linens. Iron. Hair blower. Big Ref. Condiments are even available. I will definitely recommend and stay here again.

We loved the thoughtful touches, like the stuff for my infant. The stay was comfortable. Multiple 7/11 around the area, Watson across the street. Forbes Town is 2 min walk. Bonifacio stop over is like 2min away as well. St Lukes is 5-7 min walk. Pretty much a great place, near everything you need for your stay. I requested for an earlier check-in and I'm glad she allowed me to do so ++ I forgot my charger after check out but she was kind enough to accommodate me and make sure I got it back. Thank you! I'm giving this place a 5 star rating. Photos matched actual description and location is excellent. You have a nearby mall and drug store. Directions given were clear. The place is clean and glad that host is accommodating of our request on one hr extension for check out. Towels and toilet papers are provided, kitchen is suitable also for light cooking. Airconditioning is good. Overall - money paid is worth the place. Highly recommended. :)

Arleen&Anne are excellent hosts. They make you feel welcomed and take the time to meet you and explain everything in person. Their attention to detail is commendable. Their place is very clean and comfortable, and has everything you need and more. We also love that it smells so good. It is also convenient with the Venice mall within 2 minutes of walking and the Uptown Mall, Mitsukoshi Mall, Landers, etc. just a short Grab ride away. We recommend their place and would come back when we are in the area again.

The place was nice and clean,the location was perfect—just a few minutes’ walk to High Street and Burgos, which made it super convenient. There are plenty of shops and stores nearby if you need to grab something to eat or pick up any supplies. Overall, a great stay!

I love Cath’s place! We felt right at home. The unit was so cozy and comfortable. It had all the essentials (even Q-tips and snacks which I thought was very thoughtful). I love that there were cleaning materials too (broom and mop lol). Cath was a great host! We are excited to visit Nuvali and stay at Cath’s place again.

The facility is one of the best we’ve ever stayed in the Philippines. The gym and pool are incredible reception make things very easy for packages with stunning views. AC is perfect temperature. Water is clean and the washer is convenient. I very highly recommend this place as well as Kim is an incredible host. We will be back.

I travelled for work and stayed at Marks place as it was walking distance to my office. It was very comfortable and convenient, with many restaurants and cafes nearby. Would happily stay again.

We stayed here for 7 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. Nice and clean unit. Fast internet. Lots of restaurants available because it’s right across Southwoods mall. The check-in was easy and accommodation is in a very safe area. Joseph, the co-host was very responsive and very friendly. We would definitely book this place again in the future.

Our recent stay at the villa was nothing short of exceptional! We commend the host, Miss. Baudains, for promptly responding to our queries before we checked in. We didn’t expect much from the photos as some listings don’t live up to their promises. So, we decided to check it out for ourselves, and boy, were we surprised! The place is enormous and incredibly charming. From the moment we arrived, the staff, Kuya Bhoy greeted us warmly, setting the tone for a relaxing stay. The rooms were impeccably clean, stylishly decorated, and offered stunning views that made us feel like we were miles away from home despite the place being just about 1 to 2 hours from the metro (depending on the traffic) The amenities were top-notch from the pool where we spent so much time of our stay. The attention to detail and the overall ambiance of this place are truly impressive. The high ceiling of the living/lounge area exudes a posh vibe. With every corner providing a comfortable relaxation spot.

I booked the perfect place to surprise my girlfriend for her birthday. The rockwell view was gonna be another surprise for her but unfortunately, the building lights are out that day, lol. The host is so nice, accommodating and very considerate. We had a wonderful stay, definitely gonna book again. :)

The place feels intimate we all had a wonderful time. The pool is not so big so if you have kids they're reachable if there's an emergency. The rooms were nice and cold. The kitchen has complete utensils. Place is also easy access so if there's a need to deliver or buy a food you can easily get in and out. The ate who assisted us is really friendly, accommodating and really welcoming. All in all this is a great place to stay. We definitely recommend this place and hopefully we can book again soon.

Very good owner, easy to reach

Kamlon was the answer to our prayer at that time of need. We had issue on our previous place of stay that we need to book another place. Kamlon responded quickly and offered to pick us and drop off to his unit. My husband has a challenge of walking due to recent hip surgery, Kamlon made it smoothly possible with our transport. He even let us checked out late as our flight is almost at midnight. WiFi is very strong, the place is just walking distance from uptown mall and close range for almost everything. Thank you very much for being such a kindhearted person! We will definitely use your place in our next visit to the Philippines-My husband said, “Salamat Po!”

Had a great stay! Kuya Boy and the caretaker were very welcoming. Had no complaints during our stay. One gripe though, merong naka frame na instructions na may "snacks" sa pantry pero wala kami nakita hahaha 😂 Will book here again if ever we end up spending our vacation around EK and Splash.
