You will love it, scanned entry, if you are looking for peace to live or for 1 day, I lived it 5 years with family, elegantly decorated,it is quiet and pleasant from a single person, couple or families of 4-5 members. It does not flood, ground floor, parking space, you have a basketball court to walk pets and social coexistence, the track around the parking lot serves for jogging, biking, walking, close to services,downtown area. Friendly neighbors in the building. Digital access.

When we get out of the routine we seek peace, tranquility a place with harmony without losing the essence of our house we wish to feel the embrace of our home. This is the perfect place nature, space and comfort will make you feel a comfortable rest and if you want to feel the sea breeze on your face you are very close just 5 minutes away you will find the immense sea where you will see a wonderful sunset or sunrise. The little details are what make a difference in our life.

Everything is super good. It's in front of the sea and you can go out to the balcony to get some air and sunshine. From there you can see the dolphins and it's beautiful. The lady of the house is super, super friendly. She helped us with everything we asked for and was super attentive (one day she even asked us for food). The truth is, there's nothing to complain about and for the cost it's perfect. The only thing that could improve is that they put a small fridge or a heater for people who stay more than 3 days, since at least for me getting food is very difficult. I would have preferred to cook something 😬 But other than that, everything was quiet and beautiful. It's close to the pier and close to the beach. The people are super friendly and super nice. Waking up to the sound of the sea and the seagulls 🙏🏻

The room was very clean, neat and tidy and was perfect for a single or couple. Was a short walk to the food markets and was also close to a bus stop to ride over to playa Norte.
