The apartment is 45 m², with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a large room that includes a 1.50 m double bed, a sofa bed, a fireplace, a 50" Smart TV, and a private Jacuzzi, creating a cozy and functional space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, ceramic stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, dinnerware and basic condiments. The apartment has heating, a heat pump, air conditioning, and a hairdryer. In addition, upon request, a crib can be provided at no additional cost. The stay includes one free private parking space.
