Vacation rentals with a patio in Laguna beach

Very good accommodation, close to markets and quite central, easy to find. Everything is new and very clean. Arnold was very friendly and always made sure we had a good time. There was very good communication. Very good air conditioning and good Internet. The lady in charge of receiving us was very friendly and polite. Quite quiet and safe place. I would highly recommend it. Thank you Arnold for your hospitality.

Place is exactly as described in a quiet and safe location . Got entertainment , Smart Tv, PlayStation , Netflix. Would def recommend for a single or couple stay .

Paraíso de Colon is a very peaceful & relaxing complex. It’s walking distance from the main parts of Sosúa such as Pedro Clisante, playa Alicia & playa Sosúa. My apartment was very clean & enough space for just myself. I would definitely recommend this location as you are pretty much close to everything while still being away from most of the noise.

Frank’s Place was very confortable and his kitchen had pretty well everything needed to stay long term as well. I Loved that Shower !!! Note: missing a Salad/ Pasta Strainer !! He has no Kitchen Table inside , has a counter top with Stools to Have your lunch and supper . Would of been nice if he had a small table with 2 chairs to have supper if space permits, otherwise the other option was to have supper ouyside Balcony wich he had a Nice table with 4 chairs. Note: the bedroom was more like a big double Bed , for 1 person it’s fine but for 2 people, it is a little small. Nite: there was a nice TV but had no câble channels service , you would need your own Apps access for Netflix and other Apps if you are a TV watcher. Besides that i would reccomend Frank’s place Anytime.. Over all , i would definitely go back to Frank’s place if i were by myself again.

The host and staff were always very helpful from prior to arrival to departure. Always gave quick responses to my questions about the home or area. Everything you need is right there within a block or two. Wonderful Stay!

The villa was better than I expected. It's the perfect balance between open space and privacy. Adam & Brenda stopped by to see if I needed anything during my 10 day stay. They also gave some great recommendations for places to visit, which was appreciated. The pool was the cherry on top. I couldn't get enough of the pool. This has become my favorite villa while visiting Sosua.

I cant say enough great things about our recent stay in Sosua at Palm Villa . It was beyond what i was expecting . The Villa was great and equipped with absolutely everything you would ever need and if it wasn't , Lee Anne and her team were able to assist , and help get you what ever it was that you were missing . Lee Anne and her team including cleaning staff were very friendly and attentive . Making sure every step of the way that your stay was going to be amazing . They hooked us up with a local driver during our stay that got us to where we needed to be everyday even if it was just to get groceries and we cant forget our amazing meals that we had cooked for us right in our Villa absolutely amazing 10/10 !!!! Thank you Chef Rosi , Lee Anne , Even and Crew :) You were all OUTSTANDING !!!! I cant wait to come back , hopefully becomes an annual Vacation

The house is stunning, and the neighborhood is equally lovely. It’s a peaceful and tranquil place, exactly as described. Everything was perfect! The pool was amazing! But when we visited, the tree fence around it wasn’t fully grown yet, so it’s a bit too exposed. It’s a gated community, so only the guards passed by. Alicia Beach 🏖️ was great! It’s about 20-25 minutes from the house by car. There are others, similar distances. There was supermarket delivery and you have a Chef available for a fee. Will most likely be back!

Really nice, modern, clean and spacious house with a lot of amenities. Daisy was a good host, gave us clear directions for the check in and check out and gave us a tour of the villa upon arrival. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing place and an even more amazing host! The space is beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Mignolia is truly one of a kind — always making sure you feel at home and have a great time. Her hospitality goes above and beyond. Highly recommended!

A Perfect Getaway – Highly Recommend! I had the pleasure of staying at Sosua Villa, hosted by Alex, and it was truly amazing! The villa is even more stunning than the photos, with thoughtful decor, a great layout, and top-notch amenities. Whether for a large or small group, it’s perfectly designed for a fantastic stay. The views are breathtaking—mountains in the distance from the balcony and rooftop. The hospitality was outstanding! Chef Pablo and Chef Manuel prepared delicious meals with love, and we enjoyed fresh coconuts daily. Carolina, the house manager, ensured we had everything we needed. Our driver, Hector, was prompt and knowledgeable, making travel effortless. The villa is safe, well-located, and near a beautiful beach resort. Alex was super communicative and gave great recommendations. Be sure to visit cabarete to enjoy drinks on the beach and music. If you’re looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and seamless vacation, book this villa now! We’ll be back soon. - Thank you!

Karen’s place was absolutely lovely! The beach was a 2 min walk and she allowed usage of her amazing beach chairs! The other available beaches nearby were lovely, there was a wonderful supermarket a short drive away and Karen’s instructions were clear and she was kind and responsive. It was just what we were looking for for a quick getaway. Would definitely go back.

It's a great place to stay and very spacious and comfortable. Close to beaches, restaurants and all the nightlife. Nick is a an excellent host and the staff at the building are great people and always there to help if you need something. I'll definitely be back, thank for hosting me Nick!

As a frequent traveler to Sosua, I've stayed just about all the nice places but Rob's place is by far the nicest with all the amenities you'll need for a comfortable stay. If available for my future trips, this is most definitely where I'll be staying. Thanks Rob for being a wonderful host

This airbnb is at a great location in Sosua. It has security around the property 24/7, which makes you feel safe. There is two private pools, and a beach as well. 10/10 would recommend, can’t wait to return.
