Casa Mor do Monte is special to me because I was involved in its construction. It is located 800 meters (half a mile) from Vila da Luz, where you can find excellent amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets, golf, padel, a pharmacy, etc. It is about 1,000 meters from the beach and 5 kilometers from Lagos. The area around the house is very pleasant, green, with an ocean view, few buildings, etc. It has a style that is somewhere between rustic and stately, which makes it special. Access to the upper floor is via stairs. There may be guests on the ground floor.
