The House is located in a residential area exactly 2.5 km from the historic center, which is equivalent to a 5 minute drive . We have an amazing view and we are in a region of a lot of nature.

The apartment is located on the second floor of the house, has independent entrance and privacy. The pool is the only shared area of the space.

"Ap 3" Comfort 650m Centro Hist

Relax in this cozy space, 650m from the historical center. The apartment has a bedroom with a queen bed, goose feather pillows and “bathing” towels for added comfort and a charming pantry/kitchen that is the face of Tiradentes. The place is very quiet and safe, and it is possible to park on the street near the building. I'm a Turismologist, a citizen of Tiradentes and I love to pass on tips on local culture and gastronomy, as well as tours of the region.

Located 7km from the historic city center of São João del-Rei, our guesthouse has two suites. One has a double bed, a single bed, and a Smart TV. The other suite is connected to the kitchen and has a trundle bed. In the kitchen, there is a table with four chairs for the meals. We follow the AirBnB Enhanced Cleaning Protocol, developed with specialized guidance. Guests can rest assured about our care.

Minha Casa 1 is a pleasant space, featuring a double bedroom, bathroom and two single beds in the living room that can be used as sofas, located in the historic center, you can take the tours, shopping, dinners and entertainment, all on foot without using the car if you want. it consists of the house and studio that is located in the trails if it is for more than one couple.
