My partner and I stayed for a week. It's a very quiet neighborhood. There's a mini-market on the corner and about a 10-minute walk away. It's close to the beach and many trails and beautiful places to discover. Personally, we like the closeness with the hosts a little more, this time it was not like that. There was a strong musty smell inside the house, every time we went out and came back there was that musty smell again, so you have to worry about ventilating a lot, but despite this very good location, comfortable and just right for a couple. My wife and I stayed in Carolina's lovely house for two months. We absolutely love it. It is such a beautiful area. The grounds are lush with trees and flowers and a view of the lagoon. We were regularly visited by hummingbirds, toucans, and marmoset monkeys. Her home is so similar to a yoga studio. It is a simple house yet it is designed beautifully. This is a place for nature lovers, and nature comes with beauty as well as some surprises at times. Carolina was a lovely host, responsive in explaining how all everything works. We absolutely adore this place and we are already planning our next stay

Is the second time we stayed at Anisio's place. It's always a pleasure, the host is super responsive and kind, the place is cozy and clean, the external area is pleasant. 2026 we plan to stay there again! :)

We absolutely loved this house. Our time was amazing and Dario was a very responsive and nice host. The views are incredible. The plants are beautiful. The outdoor living space and beach were amazing. There was also so much privacy here. Stop looking for other options and book this place immediately if you have the chance…

We left Quinta extremely marvellous! It was a 1 week stay and I can say for sure, 1 week of peace! The place is extremely cozy, clean, beautiful and of an incredible vibe, not to mention the extreme hospitality that Cristina gave us. My tip for the next guests is: talk more with Cristina in addition to check-in or checkout, you will feel all the hospitality that my wife and I feel, in addition to receiving many tips of what to do on the island. Without a doubt we will repeat our stay on our next vacation. AMAZING 🙏🏽🍀♥️

It is important to pay attention to the instructions of the hostess for the entrance of the house, but the call is really very nice and has an incredible view. Well equipped house, very clean and smelling. Cristina always requests a lot to help. I highly recommend

The house is wonderful, beautifully decorated, super comfortable, spacious and I realized that it was built with children in mind. Before accessing the stairs, there are doors that we can keep closed for safety, and there is also an “art corner” in a small house on the upper floor (outside). The host is super friendly, nice and very helpful. If you have any problems, just send a message and she'll respond quickly and try to resolve them as soon as possible. I spent very special moments with my family and I will definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone!

The most beautiful and cozy place near Florianópolis! The house is beautiful, clean, the pool is warm and cozy. We were greeted with all the instructions for use. The best part was the restaurant recommendations Victor gave us. Access to tourist sites is very easy. Easy access to supermarket, shopping. I'll definitely be back!

Hi Soraia. Great stay. We had a very good holiday at this location. The apartment is an ideal size for a couple and a child. But the real strong point is the condominium's outdoor space, with a very large green area and very good infrastructure. I leave only one suggestion regarding the check-out time because 10 a.m. is too early for those who are enjoying a rest. It could be extended to 12 p.m. at least, or there could be some flexibility, even because I think it's unlikely that another guest would occupy the property right after the holiday ends. This point is a suggestion. In addition, everything perfect.

Genuinely the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. To start off, Jessica is the best host, always responsive and very kind. She even added an extra day to my stay for free when she heard about my travel plans changing. The house it self is old but that gives it charm. Her grandpa built it and you can tell it’s treated with care. Although it doesn’t say it on the listing this house could technically sleep 9. The view is stunning and they even have sign for a lookout point. The view alone is worth what you pay. It is very private and you are the only house on the mountain. The walk on the beach is maybe 30 steps, so don’t let that deter you from booking. Jessica’s mother is also very sweet and created me with a big hug. Jessica gives you recommendations on food and deliveries. The house is also near the popular sand dunes. Overall book this Airbnb if you want to have an amazing stay!

Chris's apartment is simply beautiful! The whole place is very tasteful. Comfortable beds and pillows. A wonderful view. Great loft access instructions. Easy and fast communication. Easy and secure check-in. Close to many beaches and nice bars. Chris left restaurant recommendations in the listing, and we ended up going. Everything is really cool!! I recommend it!!

Had an amazing stay with Anderson in Lagoa da Conceição! He was super responsive, the house was even more beautiful than the photos, and the area is super walkable. The breakfast was a great touch—highly recommend!

Valmir and his wife are super helpful and friendly! Simple apartment, but with the essentials to spend your travel days! I liked it and I will definitely return Just one point to note: the blankets had a strong musty smell. Township attacked my rhinite well. I don't know if they were washed before, but it would be nice to wash them for each guest. I didn't say anything at the time so as not to bother them, but I'm sure they would have been willing to resolve it. Other than that, everything was fine and everything went well! I liked it

My wife and I spent 3 nights in the cabin during Easter, the place matches the listings and photos, we were super well attended and informed by Floripa Best Choice. It's a very private, peaceful place with no noisy neighbors. Around there we don't have many options for activities, restaurants and the market (large) requires leaving the Ratones neighborhood and going to other places, but nothing out of the Floripa. The Wi-Fi network is very good and met our needs for using cell phones. The bed is on the 2nd floor, with access only by a staircase, where there is a double bed, sockets for cell phones and 2 small benches. The bathroom is also well organized and the electric shower did the job (20°C average temperature). Well-equipped and clean kitchen, with an electric kettle and an airfrier that we did not use, the living room sofa is very comfortable too. There is no TV, but the radio has served us very well, since the idea is that it is a “refuge” to rest.

This was a great place, it was a very well-maintained house with a fully equipped kitchen and beautiful views. Very quiet and surrounded by birds, butterflies, and monkeys. The location was good - just steps from a public boat stop and about 20 minutes to walk to the main part of the area with many good restaurant choices. Great hiking or trail running options in either direction. Joe met us in person, was very welcoming and responsive, and was very flexible for check in and check out. We would recommend this stay to anyone.
