The house is located in front of a lagoon that is formed with an arm of the Ibañez River, a preferred habitat of migratory birds (swans, flamingos, caiquenes, seven colors, royal duck, among others) It has a bedroom on the first floor, and a large space on the second floor. The bathroom is divided into 2 spaces, one for the shower and one for the toilet.
