great place! great location, Edson very attentive, I loved it. Everything is very good, I recommend it for sure!

Claudemir and his wife Karla were super receptive and helped quickly with all the doubts (besides the tips), everyone loved… the place is amazing, we will certainly be back.

We had a problem!!! It ended too fast!! The initial goal was to stay in Capitol Hill, until we found this accommodation, which met all our expectations. The Ranch is far away from everything, great for those who want to disconnect from the busy life. It had everything we needed there, bedding, household items, barbecue, a good hammock, nature all around, birds of all kinds singing. Not to mention the fishing, the dam with varieties of fish, MANDI, TUCUNARÉ, PIAU, TILÁPIA and a great fishing teacher instructing us, Mr. JAPONES, a great friend we know. He and Mr. Edinilson welcomed us very well!!! We really want to come back soon and take other family members to meet!!!

The house is wonderful, the view of the lake of caves is stunning, only the city of Guapé is not prepared for tourism, it needs to invest more in communication and welcoming tourists.

Without a doubt, I could not talk about Bruno, always helpful. Of an odd kindness, he worried about the smallest details so that our stay would be wonderful. And I can say, it was. Dona Cida placed at our disposal for any unforeseen event, and she was super polite. I have no doubt that our group will be back soon🥰

Leonardo and Adriana are very attentive, we really enjoyed our stay. Very nice and beautiful place, just like in the photos.

The house is compatible with the listing! We felt really good and at home. I only suggest repairs to the toilets: sinks and showers, as non-compliance in the operation disturbed our use (shower no hot water, leaky sink and hygienic shower was not working). Taking away these unforeseen events, Felipe always answered us quickly and the house is very cozy. We indicate for sure!

My stay in Capitólio was great! The house is super spacious, very well organized and the atmosphere is clean and quiet, perfect for resting and enjoying calmly. I really enjoyed the pool and barbecue area, which are great for relaxing and spending time with people. Everything was in order and the place exceeded my expectations in this regard. The only thing that left something to be desired was the air-conditioning, which didn't work on one of the four days I stayed there. But apart from that detail, it was an excellent experience. I recommend and would definitely return!

Arnaldo was very friendly and attentive throughout the process, from before our arrival to our departure! Very complete apartment, extremely clean and organized! Perfect garage, perfect lighting, impeccable air-conditioning, one of the best locations we've ever been to, and we've been on the site since the beginning!

The space met expectations, flexible check-in and check-out! The location is a little confusing to get to by GPS, with a dirt road... but we managed to contact the host and it was easy to find. It faces the Furnas Dam. It has a nearby market and also a restaurant. Thanks for the stay!

Cozy flat. Quiet and pleasant location. Easy access. Comfortable beds, pillows and bed linens.

Great accommodation, everything new and the flat is well organized. We have an easy contact with the host, who was helpful and responds very quickly. Clean space, the bed linen are of quality, has appliances and basic utensils in the kitchen, all in good condition. It still has a balcony overlooking the lake.

I recommend, great location, very clean and well tidy, loved my stay, breakfast at will, amazing house, if they are distracted as I talk to the owner, just enter the market lol, when I return I will stay there again.

We went on this trip, me, my husband and our two pet children, we had the most incredible 3 days, without a doubt Julinho's house was one of the best (if not the best) we have ever stayed. Easy and privileged location in the morning with the singing of countless birds, an incredible sunrise and sunset, the condominium has a garden and a perfect swimming pool, we did not use it but we enjoyed the sunset, we lay down in the chairs and it was incredible. The house is exceptional, new and without useless things. Everything we really needed to make meals was there, and even a barbecue and backyard, which was great, because we enjoyed it a lot with the pets. I just have to thank you for the incredible hospitality and the wonderful days we had, soon we will undoubtedly return to stay more days. Thank you Julinho, God bless you, and prosper. :) And new guests will not be afraid to find a perfect, beautiful and clean accommodation!

Super recommend the stay, the house besides the incredible look is comfortable, well airy, great for those who want contact with nature because it is always visited by birds of different species, monkeys, a beautiful experience. I spent almost 2 weeks with my family and we love, Maria Inês super attentive and kind, we will certainly return in a new opportunity

The place is well taken care, cozy, nature, flowers, bedding hammocks, delight of place for those who like simple things, me and my family love hosting. It was only difficult to find the address GPS took us to the other side of the highway. But we contacted the host and then resolved the issue of the address. It is essential that the landmarks are placed to reach the site.

Our stay was excellent. Elizângela and her family are very helpful and the house is very well equipped, with everything. The road is unpaved (as is common on farms) but the access was great, even though it rained a lot when we went. The place is very peaceful and the view is beautiful! My family and I loved it, including our little dog who was very entertained seeing the horses and cows hahaha. We already want to go back! Thank you so much for everything!

Super cozy house, the view is more beautiful in person than in the photos. The property has an orchard, which allowed us to see several birds, monkeys, and even a kitten. My dog loved the place, he played a lot. The hosts were super attentive, helped me with the tours and gave recommendations about the place. Highlights of the stay: flexible check-in, close to the place that does speedboat rides, which makes it much easier because you don't need to go to the marina to get the speedboat. Also, the accommodation has lake access for those who like to fish. It is close to the city center, close to the morro do chapéu (which is sensational!). Cozy and clean house. And we even got cheese at check-in <3 Improvement points: they could put a hot and cold indication in the shower, even with the instructions we got very confused at bath time. The kitchen cutlery was a little old, it would be nice to change it for those that don't have a plastic/wood "handle," as they are more hygienic

The stay was perfect, beautiful, airy and very comfortable. Better impossible! Gabriel and Izabel super attentive. We loved everything, it was perfect! We spent impeccable days! Fabio and his mother Renata are unique people, they were helpful and responded to us with extreme agility and attention, which made our stay absolutely wonderful. The house is beautiful and fully reflects the listing images, it is strategically located, where it allowed us to take numerous tours and return without any unforeseen events. The ranch has a structure to spend the whole day enjoying every detail. We will definitely consider staying again!!

We had our pets and baby in the house and loved it. Casa Clean, organized, we don't miss anything. The place is mto tranquil, access to the great river for fishing and to play child. Mirtes is a kind and helpful host. It doesn't make you want to leave.
