The property is very beautiful, the house is large, well ventilated and reminiscent of grandmother's house 🥰 Because it is an old house needs a care in the maintenance, but nothing that discredits the lodging, especially for the cost. The swimming pool is with natural water according to the announcement, and for those who are not used, as in our case, in the strange beginning, but then we take a lot of the warmth of the Serra. Last and not the least, the host Gustavo was very attentive from the beginning, relaxed our check in and checkout without hesitation. The housewife, Dona Ana, who received us is a sweetheart, fantastic person. Very helpful we need.

Who received us was Mrs. Nice, Alexandre's wife. About the place: quiet, well located, easy access to the center of Lages. About the house: there are three bedrooms, two double and one with two bunk beds. It has a living room, large bathroom, kitchen and various games to use. In the back there is another well-equipped kitchen (which was the one we used), plus a bathroom and a large space with a pool table that can also be from ping-pong or a dining table. It had two more tables and chairs. It has a hammock to be placed on the garage door. The pool was clean, and just by not having extreme heat, we were able to use it. It was a really nice stay. A Dona Nice is a sweetheart, made us feel at home. I recommend! 🥰🙏🏻✨

The farm is very large and spacious, the house has a large area with many beds, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. it was all clean and organized, the owners who live there are a few loves and served us in everything. We like it very much and will be back for sure,

A beautiful place with plenty of things to do with kids and adults. Very quiet place, beautiful, clean. The pictures and the listing, I would say there are more things. Lake, animals such as chicken, turkey, ostrich, duck and sheep great for children as they are very meek. The pool was a further surprise as it was heated. Júnior makes things easy for us in the city and led us to the place that is very close to the city.

The host was very kind, polite and helpful. The property is impeccable, clean, spacious and with everything you need in the surroundings. I recommend it.

The place is exactly as shown in the photos. What we loved most is that our dogs could run loose and run in the yard, without risk of running away, as the land has a fence that prevents it. The idea of the mini market is really very good. Easily accessible location and the instructions she gives make everything easy. I'll definitely be back.

It was wonderful! We can only thank you, we were very well received. The location is excellent, 5min of the Parqie counts coins, I think you can even walk.. we went from UBER, next to the restaurants, in the center of the City. We love everything!

It was a great experience, I'm sorry we couldn't stay that long to enjoy the space more, we only stayed for two nights and we had some commitments in Lages during the day. The cottage is gorgeous, super well equipped and comfortable! It is huge, it houses a family with great comfort. The feeling there is of well-being, the smell of the countryside, the surroundings are super calm and quiet, you sleep listening to the noise of nature, very delicious! Another thing I liked was that next to the property there is a mini shop with some basic utensils and food for sale, in case you forget something, you can buy it there without having to leave. On the property there is a reception, where the owners and this small shop are located, there is also another smaller cabin as I understand it, but we did not see any guests there.
