New B&B in Groningen What was first used as a warehouse has been transformed into a B&B of no less than 75 m2 with the appearance of a loft, on the outskirts of Groningen. The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. In 2024, this estate was transferred from a centuries-old family tradition to the Drenths landscape. Partly to preserve the estate, it was decided to partially convert it into an attractive B&B. A fantastic place to use as a base, to work, or to relax and unwind. There are 2 bicycles available for guests. Public transportation is within walking distance. Parking is free. There is a large green yard with an orchard, a pasture with a pond (and benches), chickens, a rooster, sheep, and a friendly dog (stable).
