Stunning sea views and sunsets. Unique that it is a privately owned complex. No other complex comparable in locality. Ideal for families, couples or solo travellers. On site bakery and restaurant. Excellent quality and value . Two swimming pools, jacuzzi and gym, sunbeds. Relaxing chilled out spot. Fantastic seafood restaurants and bars 5 minutes walk away. Extremely safe area not a Pattaya area. Beach 2.5 kms long. Ideal for early morning walks. Very safe for swimming. Many places to explore.

Mae Phim Beach - A15 Seaview Condo

Newly renovated beachfront property. You can access the pool(20m),and direct access to the beach. All the amenities available in the apartment . There is a Gym , free barbecue area. The 24/7 convenient store 200 meters away and also good restaurants in walking distance . As you see on the photos , the most of the furniture and equipments are new. Great place for families and traveling nomads. The internet is quick. The area is very safe , we have daytime 1 security guard, night 3. Kris/Jon

Modern 1 BR apartment racing to west. Located 100 m from the beach. Facilities and Grannskapet Tambon Kram, Chang Wat Rayong, Thailand. The area is known for one of the best mainland beaches in Thailand. There are several restaurants,bakery, laundry, ice cream parlour and a mini mart in the neighborhood. It is just over three kilometer to a small community with many seafood and western food restaurants and bars. The big city Rayong with several big shopping centers is 40 minutes away
