Calm country house with swimming pool

Our gite is recently renovated and can be found in the stunning Limousin region. The gite garden is fenced off. Our visitors also have access to a larger garden with swimming pool, (June to Sept per the weather), trampoline, table tennis, volleyball, swings, BBQ. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs - one boasts an on-suite bathroom with shower, wc and sink. Downstairs there is a fully equiped open kitchen with dining and living space including sofa/bed. Our four legged friends live opposite the gite

Little Owl Cottage

Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

My little house is located 20 minutes from Limoges and 5 minutes from Nexon. (20 minutes from Highway A20) A lot of charm for this large living room with fireplace, (wood for a fee) dining room with well-equipped kitchenette (fridge, microwave, electric oven and two gas burners) open to the garden. Bathroom with toilet and window. Mezzanine bedroom with baby bed, on request. Sofa convertible into a 120 bed for one person TV and internet access.

The forestry is a great accommodation, well appointed and equipped: nothing is missing. The decorative touches make you feel good. The pool and shaded terrace are really a nice plus when it's hot. Nathalie and Bernard are very friendly, available and discreet hosts: you can enjoy peace of mind and you will have plenty of ideas for outings thanks to them and the documents left in the cottage. You can go there without a second thought!

We had a great few nights here. The place was perfect for us with 2 young children and Yuri was very helpful in providing everything we needed for them. He was very friendly and the iced tea on arrival was delicious! Would definitely recommend.

A very nice family stay, including 3 small children and 2 older ones. The exterior was large and very pleasant, with a very rural and peaceful setting. The inside of the cottage was comfortable. Kamila was always very available and caring, arranging the rooms according to our needs and providing us with other services to make the stay comfortable. Thanks to her and her husband.
