I was visiting a friend so I had help with translation but you can get by with mobile translate. The reception staff are friendly and welcomed me with a warm smile : ) Just make sure your reservation/PP/visa stamp proof is ready. The room provided everything I needed as described and spot clean! Especially bathroom, Air Con plus a fan was excellent! My only issue was the fridge was unplugged so needed to wait for some time to get working and may of needed a wipe down but everything else was spot clean. By the kitchen the extractor fan wasn't working but you dont go to Hai Phong and cook in your room! You go out and eat at the local market stalls or restaurants of course! What is handy is there is a small beverage fridge at reception so you can buy some water/juice/beer for a fair price at the start or end of a trip. It was the closest place to my friends so if I am ever in the Hai Phong area again I would be happy to book again. Thank you for the stay and hope to visit soon.

Kat was so helpful! She made sure we were able to locate the home, that check-in was easy, and that we had all we needed during our stay. She had recommendations for food, transportation and translation services. The home is beautiful and in a quaint little resort area. I would highly recommend Kat and her home.

Son Le est un super hôte ! Vous pouvez foncer les yeux fermés, il m'a tout de suite aider quand je lui ai dit que j'étais bloqué du cou et avec une réactivité incroyable quelqu'un m'a accompagné en taxi jusqu'à l'hôpital pour me fournir des décontractant ! La gentillesse des locaux est telle qu'ils m'ont fait à manger ensuite pour me souhaiter un bon rétablissement ! 100% fiable et recommandable

great place to stay with family

I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend Minh Vui as a host! The apartment has an amazing view and is right next to the beach so perfect for sea swimming everyday. There is also a washing machine and hob so it is easy to be self-sufficient if you want but also loads of great food options around as recommended by the host! Minh Vui was really helpful and always responded quickly.

⭐ Sandy is an amazing host! ⭐ The apartment is in a Five Star Hotel Apartments with a view of Halong Bay, It’s incredibly beautiful, peaceful and spotless clean 🧼✨. The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities for cooking and 🍳, laundry 🧺. Everything was just perfect – I truly felt at home 🏡💖. I think I’ve found my go-to stay in Vietnam! 😊 Highly recommend! 👍 Thank you Sandy for hosting.

Nguyen was very responsive, had great recommendations, and helped every time we reached out. The property was even better than we expected with access to great views, restaurants, spas, bars, etc. Our experience was 10 times better given the experience and we were sad when we had to leave! 11/10 would recommend :)

10/10 stay, if i could give a higher rating i would!! Such a lovely apartment. Everything was perfect. Amazing attention to detail throughout the apartment. The host was so lovely, provided everything I needed and more. I would definitely recommend staying here if you would like a fabulous place to relax and enjoy some amazing views of the bay!
