RELAX... Waterfront studio apt. under main house. Private entrance. Modern, clean & so serene. Paddleboard on the beautiful saltwater creek & view the Osprey and Swans. Take the canoe out or go for a bike-ride. Enjoy grilling & evening firepit fun. Also there is a large screened porch to read, nap or enjoy your morning coffee. We are pet friendly too! Please no crabbing or fishing on the property. Quiet neighborhood w/no loud parties but we do encourage music, late nights, & laughing out loud:)

Private home on property of Larsen's Marina; boat rentals (or slip), tackle shop, breakfast and lunch cafe, and endless free parking. Clean, bright and spacious with multiple decks to watch the boats go by and gorgeous evening sunsets. Bring the family for a stay to remember forever. (regarding groups- employed & 25 yrs and up, please)
