Ideal location and peace and quiet assured Lots of bars and restaurants around. You will only have to cross the street to access the train that will take you in less than 15 minutes to Paris Gare du Nord (line H) and 10 minutes from the Stade de France. The apartment overlooks a wooded garden. Not overlooked. There is no noise pollution due to the proximity of the train station. You will be in the heart of Enghien, close to the train station, while being really quiet in a green setting.

Very nice apartment, cozy, quiet and bright, 45 m2, located 3 minutes from Enghien-les-Bains train station (10 minutes from Paris Gare du Nord line H and 30 minutes from Stade de France by bus or train). Great for the 2024 Olympics. Ideally located close to the lake, casino and SPA Barrière, shops, market 3 times a week and restaurants. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator access. I'm available to welcome you before and during your stay.
