Forget your car and discover the old town of Bergerac, or even push further to Sarlat by taking the train!

Our "Le Parc" flat is located in the "Villa du Parc" residence, which has secure access. There is a pedestrian entrance and a secure car park entrance that can be opened using a badge. The dedicated parking space is covered and numbered. The flat comprises an entrance hall, a spacious living room with a fitted kitchen, a large comfortable corner sofa and a convivial dining area, a spacious bedroom and a bathroom.

Independent studio with garden

15 minutes walk to the train station and the center. Double bed + sofa bed. There is one parking space in front of the accommodation, next to mine. Duvets, blankets, pillows provided. Extra linens and towels at €3 per person. I have a cat that is very intrusive 😅 The studio is on the ground floor of my home (independent entrance), so you may hear what's going on upstairs and vice versa, but I try to be careful.
