Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a completely independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in the summer, from June 26 to September 6.

We had a lovely stay. The house is well located to visit Saint Malo, Dinard, Dinan.... The kids enjoyed being able to play ping pong and they also enjoyed the trampoline.

An indoor swimming pool is framed by wooden beams and large glass walls, allowing natural light to illuminate the space. Potted plants are positioned on either side of the pool, adding a touch of greenery. A modern clock is mounted on the wall, enhancing the contemporary feel.

Beautiful 380 m2 villa with pool on the Rance

For a family of 8 adults and 3 small children .the house was perfect for us as there are 7 large bedrooms 4 of which were ensuite.Nathalie provided 2 cots and high chairs. Indoor pool was wonderful especially on the days when the weather was raining. The gardens have views to the Rance and plenty of space for playing and BBQ. Kitchen and dining area all open plan with loads of space and equipment. The laundry area was a bonus for hanging wet towels etc and there was also some gym equipment although we didn’t use it. The location was peaceful but close to amenities and local attractions. We visited Dinan, Mont St Michael, St Malo and local villages. The children loved the Aquarium and beaches at St Malo. We tried the golf course that had both 9 and 18 hole and was beautiful about 20 mins drive from house. Walks from the house down to the Rance are a few minutes. Nathalie was on hand to greet us and left us with a wonderful welcome pack of delicious goodies. Thankyou Nathalie
