Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in La Victoria

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations for comfort and convenience, we loved the attention to detail. From the decor (Goku) to the comfort of the facilities, everything was perfect. The hosts thought about everything guests might need and made sure we had a pleasant and care-free stay.

The place is impeccable and exactly as shown in the photos. Luis was always attentive, responds quickly and makes sure everything is fine during the stay. The apartment is located in a perfect quiet, safe and ideal area for walking with total confidence. I'll definitely be back

After traveling in Peru for 30 days, I stayed in this house in Lima. I wanted to rest well and prepare for the long flight back to Hong Kong. I booked this house. The area is quiet and comfortable. The house is clean and elegant and fully equipped. This place meets my purpose of staying in a B&B. Thank you for the appropriate care and contact. I chose the right one and highly recommend it to everyone.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was fantastic, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local cuisine. The area felt safe and lively, perfect for both relaxing and sightseeing. The space was comfortable and clean, and the host was welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting Lima!

I loved the mini apartment. Nice, good location, impeccable, the bed is very comfortable, everything is excellent in fact. The only issue that needs to be improved is the hot water heater. Give instructions for use and that the hot water lasts longer. Only what I consider essential anywhere.

Wonderful cozy apartment with a comfortable queen size bed, located in a great walkable area with many restaurants and a large mall within 2-3 blocks. I would Highly recommend this apartment. It is absolutely perfect for 2! Pedro was a great communicator ensuring all of our needs and expectations were met. Don’t pass this one up if you’re planning a stay in Miraflores!

Had a wonderful time. This is the second time my family has stayed in the house and it felt just as good as the first time. The house had everything we needed and was just as described in the listing. Sofia was a wonderful host and quickly responded our questions. Highly recommend it.

incredibly responsive host, went over and above to make sure we were well cared for. I'm very thankful to have such a spacious and private area for the two families that stayed in the property. there were total and we never felt cramped. the back patio is a particularly nice space, and balcony for the king bed suite was super cool!

Excellent place, close to everything but at the same time quite quiet

My stay was excellent. The place is very comfortable, clean, nice and quiet, just as seen in the photos or better. Communication with the host was very cordial and clear, always willing to help and explain everything necessary. Without a doubt, I recommend it.

This place is just perfect. Excellent location, very peaceful neighborhood, walking or biking distance to so many things! The space is even more beautiful than the photos, newly remodeled and has everything you need. The blackout curtains in the bedroom keep the place dark and it was very quiet to sleep which is important as there’s very often construction noise in Lima. The bed was comfortable, there is an ac and heating unit available, a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen. A very cute outdoor patio and even an open air laundry room. Monica was so communicative with our arrival and departure, offered to arrange airport transportation for us and greeted us to show us all the amenities and answer any questions. This place is well worth the money, very clean and secure. We rented bikes at the inks market nearby and were able to keep them inside the gate when we weren’t using them. You will not regret booking with Monica!

Excellent, very cozy house for large groups, beautiful courtyard with beautiful trees and flowers, and a turtle that was a sensation for my children. 100% recommended. Everything immaculate.

We had a great stay at Luis’ place! The location was perfect—close to food, excursions, and shopping. The portable heater was helpful on chilly nights, and the washer/dryer with complimentary soap was a huge plus for us light packers. Luis and his team were also kind enough to store our bags on our last day, which we really appreciated. One tip: brush up on your Spanish! The front desk speaks limited English, and it helps a lot with check-in and getting around. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

It was a cute place right in the middle of Baranco and Miraflores. The neighborhoods have a lot to offer! However Karina is what made the trip more memorable. She was always responsive and very nice. We felt safe in the apartment and there was a helpful front desk. Would recommend to anybody for a stay in Lima.

Excellent apartment, very comfortable and cozy, perfect location

Ricardo's accommodation is fully equipped for short and long stays, and it has a very nice decoration. It has a heater to keep you warm during the cold winter nights and a kitchen with everything you need to prepare any dish. The washer-dryer is very useful for having all your clothes cleaned quickly. In front is the subway station and a couple of blocks away is the initial stop of the blue corridor, which facilitates transportation through the city. A few steps away there are meat and grilled chicken restaurants. Also on the corner of the avenue is a supermarket and pharmacies. The accommodation is definitely in a very strategic location in Barranco. We wish to comeback soon 😊
