Loft vacation rentals in La Victoria

Second time staying at Eduardo’s place. He’s a fantastic host and his place is wonderful. It was a pleasure to stay there again.

Excelente alojamiento, hacían limpieza y tenían perfectamente todo ordenado y listo a lo que llegaba por la tarde. El Anfitrión super amigable, educado y dispuesto a ayudar. La ubicación estuvo perfecta y una vista maravillosa. En mi regreso a Lima, no dudaré en volver a regresar a este lugar. Saludos desde Ecuador

Je voudrais remercier Gemma pour son accueil, sa flexibilité, son ouverture et sa rapidité d'action. La communication avec Gemma a en effet été très facil et surtout efficace ! Mon séjour s'est très bien passé et toutes les commodités étaient présentes dans l'appartement pour me permettre de passer un très bon séjour à Lima.

Great location at the center of Miraflores, very safe and the apartment building also has a 24 hour guard. The apartment is spacious for 2 people and the owners were very helpful with both laundry service which we appreciated, and baggage storage (in their main office) . Would definitely stay again when in Lima!

Needed a last minute place to stay when they shut the borders due to COVID-19 and we were unable to return to Canada. Ricardo communicated very fast and efficiently with us to help our stay be safe and wonderful.

Le logement proposé par Mary est parfait ! Tout le nécessaire est présent dans l'appartement, il ne manque de rien. Tout est prévu pour se sentir comme chez soi très rapidement. Mary est très réactive en cas de besoins. 5/5

Es la segunda vez que me quedo donde Polo y todo súper bien!. Polo es un gran anfitrión desde que llegas hasta que te vas del dpto. Dpto cómodo y con todo lo necesario. Sin duda volvería a elegir nuevamente el dpto.

El departamento es muy bonito, con toda su decoración, es tal cual figura en las fotos y cuenta con todo lo necesario. Mi experiencia fue agradable y tranquilo. Tiene una bonita vista al mar y un atardecer hermoso. Miguel es un buen anfitrión siempre estuvo pendiente de todas nuestras necesidades, respondía a la brevedad posible, recomiendo mucho este lugar.

La llegada super práctica, la zona muy tranquila y sobre todo destacar el compromiso del anfitrión por estar pendientes de cualquier requerimiento en nuestra estadía.

We loved it! It was super quiet, clean and we slept amazing in the bed! The only important thing to know is that the shower is only hot for a very short time. But it’s not a problem at all! We can recommend you Valeria without any doubt and would always come back :)

Monica’s space was cozy, clean, and in the perfect location for our stay. She was extremely welcoming and responsive throughout our trip and super willing to help out. We even were left waters, chips & coffee after our long travel day to Peru. She coordinated transport from the airport as well which made it much less stressful. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxed/walkable/comfortable stay in Peru!

Augusto’s Airbnb was exactly as described. As a solo female traveller, the location was perfect. I felt completely safe the entire time - even after the sun set - and it was no more than a 15-minute walk to any of the tour guides or activities I had planned. And, if needed, a 10- to 15-minute taxi ride. There are a ton of restaurants and stores nearby, which is great if you want to try the local cuisine. The gym is small, but it gets the work done. Augusto's instructions on check-in and check-out were super easy. Thanks for a lovely stay!

La ubicación es excelente, muy céntrica y con fácil acceso a todo lo necesario: restaurantes, tiendas y transporte. El lugar es cómodo, limpio y bien equipado, ideal tanto para estancias cortas como largas. Lo que realmente marcó la diferencia fue la atención del anfitrión: siempre amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. Se aseguró de que no me faltara nada y respondió rápidamente a cualquier consulta. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí. ¡Muy recomendado!

¡Recomiendo totalmente el alojamiento de María! Desde el inicio fue muy amable y comprensiva con el check-in, y sus instrucciones fueron súper claras para poder ingresar sin problema. La entrada es independiente, lo cual brinda privacidad, y al llegar encontramos el espacio limpio y ordenado, ¡incluso nos dejó unos chocolatitos de bienvenida que nos hicieron sentir como en casa! Durante toda la estadía, María fue muy atenta. Tuvimos un temblor mientras estábamos en Lima y ella se mantuvo pendiente en todo momento, lo que nos dio mucha tranquilidad. Sin duda, si están buscando un lugar cómodo, seguro y con una excelente anfitriona, este es el lugar. ¡Gracias por todo, María!

My new “Home away from home” I just LOVED the apartment, they have everything you could possibly need! From kitchen utensils, to paper napkins, extra sheets and towels, etc. There is a little convenience store across the street and a beauty salon just by the entrance! The doorman is very polite and friendly. Also liked that it’s such a peaceful building, I think most of units are used by residents, not tourists, and that makes a huge difference. I felt so comfortable and happy here, that I wouldn’t consider any other place for my future stays in Lima. Thank you for two lovely weeks! Will be back for sure.

Siempre es un placer volver a este departamento! El depa está en un edificio bastante moderno como el departamento. Es muy acogedor, tiene todo lo necesario para crear experiencias muy buenas y está ubicado en un lugar donde hay todo cerca. Sin duda se los recomiendo!. Tambien recalcar que Carlos es una gran persona y siempre está atento a cualquier inconveniente.

great palace. safe and amazing location next to many good restaurants. apartment was very clean and the bed comfortable. high speed fiber optic internet.

We stayed at Margarita’s place during a layover and it was perfect for what we needed. Place was clean, quiet, and very close to the airport. Great value for the price, and Margarita was welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay again!
