The reviews are all accurate. I felt like the King of El Campo while I was there. It's a treat to see this place to say the least. The pool was one of the cleanest I've ever seen. Fernando is always close enough to help with anything and far away enough for privacy.

A very good place for events and family gatherings. The host is very attentive, helpful and accommodating, he never said no. The house is large and has a large marquee that you can use for events, it is very beautiful and luxurious, the picnic area is very nice. I will definitely rent again for a future stay.

Carlos' Villa is stunning. Looks better in person than in photos. The rooms have ample space to fit your family/friends group trips and pretty much every indoor space has AC. The pool/slide/minibar outside is superb as well. The BBQ and bluetooth speakers (one inside and one outside) are great amenities that were used too. I would definitely come again.

The place exceeded our expectations, absolutely beautiful, the host responded quickly.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The place looked exactly like the pictures. We called to see if the refrigerator made ice they said no but they were quick to offer us a couple of bags of ice which saved us a hassle since we had a lot of people and not very much space in our vehicle. We had a pleasant time they offered us coconuts right from their trees which was amazing, our entire family loved the villa. Any time we needed anything Jose was right there ready to help us. We’ll definitely recommend.

The perfect place to visit as a couple, everything is very tidy and impeccable, the best part is the terrace and the private jacuzzi, the facilities are in perfect condition. I'd come back without hesitation.

My husband and I stayed with our children aged 11 months and 3.5 years, where the tranquility, security and comfort reigned. We love the accommodation and above all the good attentions of Rafael for what we need in his time, having 2 children we wanted to make sure they were safe in the apartment. This apartment has everything and the best thing is to be able to go to the balcony and see the beautiful view. We were looking for restaurants, malls, supermarkets, pharmacies, the viewpoint, and we had underground parking. I must point out that the tower staff is friendly and respectful, we loved it! We liked the security of this tower very much. Definitavemente Rafael is an excellent host and next time we wish to stay in his properties. Thank you very much for your kindness and courtesy!

The place is cozy and has everything you need at your fingertips, kitchen utensils in case you want to cook and not spend, and its surroundings places to eat a mall that has pharmacies and supermarket which makes everything more agile. The people who welcome you to the condominium are very friendly and you can also communicate with them and the host is always attentive to everything 👏🌸

As super hosts, we highly appreciated the quality of Etienne's apartment: is spotless and very well-equipped, with nothing missing! It is at the best location in the colonial city, with restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and all the sites of interest within walking distance; at the same time, it's VERY quiet for sleeping. We’ll definitely stay here on every visit to Santo Domingo. Como super hosts, apreciamos altamente la calidad del apartamento de Etienne: es impecable y está muy bien equipado, no falta nada! Está en la mejor ubicación en la ciudad colonial, con restaurantes, super, farmacias y los lugares de interés, para visitar a pie; al mismo tiempo es MUY silencioso para dormir. Definitivamente nos alojaremos aquí en cada visita a Santo Domingo.

Great apartment awesome host

We loved this house. I went with my family and since we arrived we felt right at home. It is super cozy, a very nice decoration, clean and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Ideal for resting, spending time with the family and unwinding in a quiet atmosphere. In addition, the host was a 10/10, super attentive, friendly and always making sure that everything was perfect. The experience was excellent and we would definitely come back. Highly recommended.

When I booked my stay at Edwin’s place, I wasn’t sure how everything would go. I know the area well, therefore I had my reservations. But when my wife and I arrived at the location, we loved what we saw. It felt safe. The place was neat and clean. And we loved the way Edwin helped us feel welcome and comfortable. Edwin is a super nice guy: attentive, caring, responsible, cordial, accessible. After we left the premises, my wife and I decided we would definitely re-book with Edwin’s in the future.
