House vacation rentals in la Vall d'Uixó

The house has met our expectations. It was very clean and had everything to spend a few days relaxing. The beach is literally next to it and you can arrive in 3 minutes walking, although if you don't feel like going down to the sea you can also bathe in the pool. You have to follow several instructions when arriving and leaving, but the owners detail you and explain everything very well. Communication with them was excellent. We enjoyed a weekend with great friends!

Check-in was a breeze and we also appreciate that the house is at the entrance to the parking lot. We were very comfortable in the accommodation at all times. We enjoyed a few days of grilled meat on a grill with plenty of space and an area to work the meat, next to a very comfortable terrace covered by the sun. The pool was great for a few hot days. If I had to give something "negative" but with the intention of improvement that has not affected the rating... I would say that the freezer did not cool at the same power all the time. We put in an ice cream on the first day and took it out on the third day in the afternoon, but it wasn't frozen, it was more like a mousse. Still, it did its job and I'm sure they'll fix it. Another aspect that I would like to emphasize is that there were food plastics (cheese and a chicken tray) from the previous guests in some areas of the terrace. Nothing that bothered us, but I did want to point it out. Thank you very much for everything!

We were a group of seven and this house was excellent as we all had enough privacy. The kitchen was well appointed, including a great coffee machine and we had some lovely meals both in the kitchen and outside, which in the evening was a lovely, shady area to eat and relax. The house was nicely private, not overlooked and the owner has obviously given a lot of thought to the fixtures and furnishings. Great location for either the beach area or to travel into town by tram, bus or metro. Overall a perfect house for combining a beach break with a vibrant, city location.

Our stay was excellent. From the first moment we felt right at home: the accommodation is comfortable, cozy and cared for in great detail. In addition, the host has always been attentive to everything, very kind and helpful at all times, which has made the experience even better. We would definitely repeat. Thank you for all!

Wish I could give this place 6 stars!!! We stay in places all over the world and this is def at the top of our list! Ellen is the BEST host ever. So helpful and friendly. 10/10! Our kids loved the pool and beach! Wonderful location, we’ll be back!

Excellent house, absolutely clean and very modern, we felt right at home. A bathroom for each room, kitchen had everything you need. Cozy terrace with BBQ, we thought it was great. Our hostess Ivone was always available and took care of everything directly. So if we ever come back to Alcossebre, it will only be in this house. It was the best vacation home we've ever been to. Thank you for everything, see you next time :-)

Don’t sleep on this rental! Doesn’t look like much from the street but inside is a totally new and very lovely 3br/2ba. Beds were extremely comfortable, bathrooms were modern and pristine, and the space is clean and calming. Patio with pool out back is a delightful extra.

I had a wonderful stay in this accommodation. From the moment we arrived Pedro was very kind and attentive, always willing to help us with any questions. The facilities were spotless,very comfortable. The location is ideal, close to the beach, we will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Cute, artsy and comfy flat close to amenities. It was perfect to explore Valencia.

Kitty’s place was very well fitted out and we particularly loved the loft bedroom and rooftop terrace which for practical purposes with drying washing (we are on the road 100 days) worked well for us. The premises are a short 10 min walk to the beach and fab bars and eating establishments - also just 5-7 min walk to tram and bus - definitely ticks all the boxes and would stay again. If you enjoy quiet and a good nights sleep and the convenience of proximity - this is a good choice ❤️

very good apartment, perfect location, lots of small restaurants nearby, the city center is within walking distance. the apartment is great, it's a little hot in the bedroom but otherwise everything is perfect.

This apartment high above Serra is unique. The climb to get there is steep, but worth the effort. Carlos' place is small but spacy. The beds in the 2 bedrooms are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the terrace is sunny during afternoon and evening with a great view. There is a large parasol to put up that will provide a large shade. The bathroom is quite small and the toilet doesn't flush easily. A bakery is very close by as is the Charter supernarket which offers a wide range of (fresh) products. Carlos was always reachable and gave us perfect directions and instructions. A parking is just below the house. We recommend bar Jubilats Serra for drinks with an amazing view, Les Moreres for a nice meal or Descanso for amazing paella and the most friendly staff. Even during the power blackout on april 28 they kept cooking in the dark kitchen and they kept serving beers as long as possible! Gracias Carlos, we will be back!

It went very well during the stay! Listing was as described, clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was seamless and enjoyable. I recommend it without hesitating!

The hosts surpassed all expectations, they were a delight. So warming and welcoming from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble, always ready to answer any questions/queries. Such a lovely peaceful place to chill with all the home comforts you need. Not to far to travel by car to visit the beach,shops etc. I was humbled by how much kindness was shown by the lovely hosts, going out of their way to make it a special Easter for us by buying us some local traditional cakes & a delicious homemade "Frittata" which was left unexpectedly by our front door after a busy day touring. We hope to see you again in the future, hopefully my Spanish will be better 😀

This was a great place to stay! Carmen (the host), met us to provide the key and show us around the apartment. The apartment was as advertised in the pictures, very clean and easy to get around. It’s located very close to the beach, so was only a short walk everyday back and forth. Iris (Carmens daughter) and Carmen were in constant contact to make sure we were having a good time and to help with anything we needed. Overall I highly recommend this place, if you’re looking for something close to the beach, that’s comfortable, clean and well maintained.

Lovely people and place, very close to the racing track and huge places inside and outside to stop minibus with trailer, wich was important for me. Also it is really great when you can play some games as football or table-tennis while yoir stay ❤️

Great place in a up and coming neighborhood. My baby girls enjoyed their stay and Adriana's instructions were clear as water. I would definitely recommend the place to someone who has children.

Our stay went very well, everything was very clean and organized, Mr. Victor was always very attentive and polite, his space is very well located and allows access to various areas of the city as well as the various means of transportation, subway, bicycle and buses. We highly recommend this place and intend to return

Estela and Aurora are charming, very helpful and friendly. The house is spectacular, the tranquility, the land, the barbecue... we have disconnected a lot with our 1 year old who has enjoyed the pool and running on the lawn. The house is also great but there are some old appliances, and the beds did not seem particularly comfortable. Renovating some details of the house (furniture/appliances) and the beds (+ pillows), it would be an absolute 10!

Very nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Few minutes walk to a beach - combination of sand and stones. The house has everything you need for a vacation. Kitchen is well equipped, with a nice welcome package. AC is working on both floors. We nejoyed our family vacation.
