For your vacation, I offer you an F2 in a lower villa, without internet connection. It is located in the countryside, in Fonds-Saint-Jacques, a quiet area of Sainte-Marie (Northeast of the island, Atlantic coast). This 2-room apartment is meant for either a single couple or for a single person. It includes a 23 m2 living room/kitchen; a 13 m2 bedroom without window (but equipped with an air conditioner), with an en-suite bathroom; a separate toilet; a 34 m2 covered terrace; a garage.

Composed of a terrace with sea view and equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Quiet and well-ventilated accommodation (no air conditioning). Located at the bottom of the villa, the accommodation has private and independent access via a staircase. Residential area at the entrance to the Caravelle peninsula. Close to beaches, Tartane restaurants (8 minutes' drive), shopping malls, Trinité village (3 minutes' drive) and the beach on the other side (5 minutes' walk).

The apartment is located in Tartane in a quiet area, between Anse Bonneville and Anse l'Etang, on the ground floor of our house. It consists of an air-conditioned bedroom, bathroom and kitchen-living area. The covered terrace, overlooking a delightful tropical garden, extends the sea view offered by the apartment. An access path of about 80 m leads directly to a charming little cove. Surfers Beach (5') and the Natural Park are also within walking distance.

Meals are taken with a nice sea view, the apartment is quiet, very well located, 1 km from the city center, pharmacy, bakery, post office and various small shops, you can walk to get your fresh fish, the fish market is 200 m away, and the local market 1 km away, you have two pretty small beaches 5 minutes away, Raisiniers and Cosmy. Located on the Atlantic side, 15 minutes from the Caravelle Peninsula Nature Reserve and 35 minutes from the airport.
