Beaches (Anse Cosmy) and all shops nearby including the fish market. 70 m2 apartment: equipped kitchen with bar, living room, 2 non-adjoining air-conditioned bedrooms (1 with a 160 X 200 bed and the other with 2 90 X 190 beds) and 2 bathrooms. 40 m2 terrace overlooking the garden. Peaceful T2, sea view and access.

The apartment is located in Tartane in a quiet area, between Anse Bonneville and Anse l'Etang, on the ground floor of our house. It consists of an air-conditioned bedroom, bathroom and kitchen-living area. The covered terrace, overlooking a delightful tropical garden, extends the sea view offered by the apartment. An access path of about 80 m leads directly to a charming little cove. Surfers Beach (5') and the Natural Park are also within walking distance.

Meals are taken with a nice sea view, the apartment is quiet, very well located, 1 km from the city center, pharmacy, bakery, post office and various small shops, you can walk to get your fresh fish, the fish market is 200 m away, and the local market 1 km away, you have two pretty small beaches 5 minutes away, Raisiniers and Cosmy. Located on the Atlantic side, 15 minutes from the Caravelle Peninsula Nature Reserve and 35 minutes from the airport.
