The studio is five minutes walk to the centre of Chaillac, with its bars, restaurants and supermarket. Walk the other way and you are at the lake, with its beach and picnic areas. Free parking. The studio has a private entrance, and is up one flight of stairs. We provide a double bed, and a sofa bed, kitchen, dining lounge area and a separate shower room. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, two ring hob and kettle. The television has French channels, but has hdmi and USB ports.

Come and relax in an atypical apartment completely renovated in a 19th century building that housed a mythical butcher shop in Montmorillon. The building is conveniently located a 5-minute walk from the train station (Poitiers-Limoges line), the city of writing, a riverside guinguette and the historic city center. Montmorillon is a 15 min drive from Civaux and Lussac les châteaux, and 40 min from Poitiers and its Futuroscope.

This small house is located 5 minutes from the A20, 10 km from Argenton-sur-Creuse, 10 km from Saint-Benoît-du-Sault, 14 km from Eguzon: you can easily discover this beautiful region. Please note, the house does not have Wi-Fi and the phone network is not very good: you will therefore be forced to relax, rest and enjoy nature! In winter, heating is only by wood-burning stove. You can sit in the armchairs, nice and warm.
