Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Studio of about 40 m2 located in an old farmhouse and quiet in the municipality of Champigny (in the center of the Sens Provins and Fontainebleau triangle) This one is ideal for 4 people who want to visit the Yonne or are just passing through. it has a sleeping area with a double bed but also a real sofa bed! its equipped kitchen will allow you to cook there independently. All that's left is to enjoy the vineyards, the cathedrals but also the banks of the Yonne.

[Idyllic corner on the outskirts of Paris] This small lakefront cottage dates from 1984, it has been redecorated but needs to be renovated, which is why I am renting it out to raise funds for the work. Our cottage is located 1 hour 15 minutes from Paris, in a charming private residence, quiet and secure. This small, timeless haven of peace offers an exceptional quality of life. The estate offers a private beach, six tennis courts, table tennis, a basketball hoop, a children's playground, petanque courts, a health course and walks or bike rides around the lakes or the Yonne, not to mention the joys of swimming and fishing!
