In this quiet and friendly place, with family or friends, you can enjoy the many hikes, as well as the charm of the landscapes of Fresselines where water holds a prominent place and which has seduced landscape painters since the end of the 19th century.

the 100 m2 apartment has two bedrooms and can easily accommodate 4 travelers near the city center of La Souterraine. it is located between the town hall and the medical house in a large house from the 1950s. The accommodation is completely separate from the house and guests will be able to enjoy the shared garden as well as a parking space. The recent renovation includes an equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, large screen and bathroom.

Small house of 80 m2 located in the countryside, in a village of 900 inhabitants,served by the A20 motorway and the national 145. Limoges at 30min, Gueret at 25min and Châteauroux at 45min. The house consists of one bedroom with 1 bed of 140 and one bedroom with 2 beds of 90. PLEASE NOTE THAT SHEETS ARE NOT PROVIDED. Ability to rent bed and bath linens (notify me in advance). Covered terrace and pets not allowed, non-smoking house.

You can also fish in the pond (hours and rates on carpodrome.fr).
