On the first floor, at street level, there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds, 2 full bathrooms, an open kitchen, a living room, and a large outdoor terrace with a 2x2 mini-pool. In the basement there is a gym and direct access to the parking space. A/C in all rooms, Wi-Fi, TV, and a fully-equipped kitchen.
