Come and enjoy a pleasant spacious, bright, comfortable apartment for 2 adults (1st floor) fully equipped in a quiet area of town next to the banks of the Seine. 5 min walk from the city center, 5 min by car from Gare de Saint-Aubin-les-Elbeuf, 25 min from ROUEN by car (an F9 bus passes every 15-20 min to get there: stop 2 min walk), 1h30 from PARIS via the A13, 1 hour from our beautiful Normandy beaches via the A13. The space is suitable for longer stays as well.

The Ranch

Small wooden house located in the heart of an equestrian and educational farm. In the countryside but within walking distance of the shops of Saint Ouen du Tilleul. 5 min drive to Elbeuf center and 20 min to the heart of Rouen. Guests can enjoy the 4 hectares of the property to relax, rest, picnic. Possibility to visit the educational farm, to rent a pony in hand for a discovery or to book horseback riding lessons and guided hikes in the forest.

At the back of our Normandy ranch, treat yourself to a trip to America in a typical, rustic and unique fort in France! Entirely built of wooden logs, our fort is as close to nature as possible with its green roof. Although equipped with electricity, the essential wood stove sits in the middle of the single living room to bring warmth and charm to your stay. Equestrian accommodation available upon request. Dogs accepted.

High ceilings adorned with moldings and original solid wood floors add a touch of timeless elegance to the whole. One of the most remarkable features of this apartment is undoubtedly the marble fireplace with its large mirror, which proudly stands in the living room

Our Suite is part of our property but with an independant entrance. 1 living-room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom. Our visitors will enjoy our large and peacefull garden with an access to river Eure for a pleasant walk, as well as our heated outdoor swimming pool (during summer holidays) Our Suite is located in a small and very quiet village Criquebeuf sur Seine just nearby A13 motorway (3 mn).

Private studio in a family home

This studio located in our house welcomes you independently thanks to its private and autonomous entrance. It consists of a 160 bed, an equipped kitchenette and a private bathroom. Linens and towels are provided. You will be quiet with access to the garden where you can relax; possibility of access to the pool depending on the season, to enjoy the deckchairs as well as an outdoor dining area.
