This apartment is in an enviable situation when it is on the seafront between the town of Moraira and the beach. In the morning you can bathe in the rocks directly in front of the apartment or walk 2 minutes to the beach. Esther was a fabulous host. The property is well situated for an off-season vacation. Close to lots of restaurants, the beach and local shops.

We stayed at the apartment with another couple and two children (almost two years old and five years old). The location of the apartment was very convenient, just a 15-minute walk from the beach, or a 3-minute drive, which allowed us easy access to the sea and made the vacation enjoyable for the whole family. The apartment was very clean, well-furnished, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. When a few items were missing, the host promptly provided them, showing excellent service and attention to our needs. The beds were comfortable and provided us all with a good night’s sleep, including the children who felt at ease in the spacious environment the apartment offered. The only minor inconvenience was the distance to the pool, which is about 200 meters away from the apartment and not within the complex itself, but this didn’t significantly detract from our experience. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay, and the apartment definitely met our expectations.

The villa is illuminated in soft glow, showcasing its inviting architectural features. A spacious pool is situated in the front, with surrounding stone pathways and landscaped greenery. The terrace, accessible from the main living area, offers a dining space enriched by nearby bloom-covered walls.

What a fantastic house! We really enjoyed it. The heated swimming pool was a hit for the kids and we made good use of the terraces and the BBQ. The immediate vicinity of the house was quiet, in the village there is plenty to do with fine beaches and restaurants. Amenities (supermarkets etc.) are right around the corner. Highly recommended!

Great Villa. Easy access to the local town of Moraira. We hired a car to get there from the airport so drove a lot but you could easily walk. We had a toddler with us and the property was great for them. Great communication from the property managers. Very flexible on checking/checkout. Property itself was exactly as it looks in the photos. We will be back in the future. Had a great week here.

We had an amazing holiday at Clio and Nadines villa.... the villa is stunning and it had everything we needed. It is decorated with style and quality bedding etc. plus kitchen is well equipped and fans and aircon standard in all rooms. The outdoor area is lovely with different areas to relax and an outdoor kitchen and gas bbq for dining outside. Moraira is such a lovely holiday destination and the villa made it extra special. We have young kids 4 and 6 and they loved the pool, however be warned there is no 'shallow end' if you have really little ones it is quite a deep pool, but is heated which took the edge off as we were there early in the season. We hope to return to Sunset villa as we loved it ❤️
