Pleasant house from the 1930s, completely restored in 2020. Ideally located, very close to Place Rabelais and 10 minutes from Les Prébendes. Transportation, super-market and bakery close by. On the 1st floor, spacious living room, fully furnished kitchen, 1 bedroom with double bed, bathroom. On the 2nd floor, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds + baby bed, and a beautiful bathroom. 2 courtyards, ideal for breakfast or for parking bicycles. Autonomous arrival.

Gîte du Centre/home+garden and garage/2/3 persons

Close to the Cathedral and museums, shops and restaurants, in the very heart of Tours. The river, the old town, supermarkets, markets and all places of interest at 5/10 mn walking Close to the train and bus stations, bike rental and information desk, with its own private garage, le Gîte du Centre is an ideal touring base for the castles of the Loire Valley and vineyards. I'll do all my best to make your stay comfortable and to give you further informations if you need it.

Warm house one km from towers

Warm 100 m2 house with three bedrooms in a living room, open plan kitchen of 50 m2. Everything is available. Very good location 5 min walk from the tram. Tours is 1 km away close to all amenities. I live there half of the time with my children so I rent it for the rest of the time. Possibility to add mattresses without worries if you are more. You will not miss anything and if so I will be there to guide you. Ideal for visiting the Castles of the Loire.

Independent floor close to public transport

20 minutes from Tours train station (10 min by tram+10 min walk), ideal for visiting the castles. You will have access to the upstairs of the house. If you book for 1 or 2 people, access to one bedroom (20 euros extra if you want both bedrooms), if you book for 3 or 4 people, access to two bedrooms. Baby crib and changing table available. All guests are welcome in our home, but there are stairs. For your information, I'm staying on the floor below.

We are located in a quiet cul-de-sac. The outbuilding where the studio is located has a very large courtyard where you can easily park. It's possible to store your bikes in a closed room. We can lend our bikes subject to availability. We are very close to the Loire à Vélo route along the Cher. All shops in our village (2 bakeries, grocery store, butcher, delicatessen, pharmacy, tobacco shop, café...) as well as a market on Saturday morning.

A terrace equipped with sun loungers and dining tables will seduce you. All close to all shops and three minutes from the historic center of Tours.

The small house

10 minutes from the city center of Tours, nestled in the heart of a 2-hectare wooded park, you will find calm and comfort. Close to the Loire bike path and the city bus, at the end of a cul-de-sac, you will enjoy all the charms of the countryside at the gates of the historic city. You can park your car right next to the house with peace of mind. We will be happy to host you in our newly renovated little house.

20 m² studio, fully renovated, adjoining our main residence. The entrance is independent. Garden access possible. Parking is available in our yard. There is an equipped kitchen (microwave, stove, Senseo coffee maker, kettle), TV, wifi, a bathroom with toilet, storage, baby bed. We provide sheets, towels, tea towels and some essentials. We are close to Tours center (6 km). You will appreciate it for its calm.

La grange du Pigeonnier authenticity and

Take advantage of this beautiful renovated barn of 150m2 which will bring you all the comfort when you return from your tourist visits.
