Newer holiday home in modern and cozy style. A fully furnished home with a focus on good beds, duvets, outdoor areas, furniture and air conditioning in all rooms. There is a roof parasol on the roof terrace as well as a parasol outside the living room. The pool is located 10 meters from our property The house is located in a quiet and sheltered residential area that is child-friendly. Only owners of the homes are allowed to enter the area by car. There's a gate on the outside. Child-friendly. Short distance to beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, golf courses, etc.

The house is a twin house located in a quiet area 1 km from the beach. There are two communal swimming pools available to guests. In the house on the ground floor there is a living room with a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a toilet. Upstairs there is a bathroom and two bedrooms. One with a double bed and a balcony, the other with two single beds. Each bedroom and living room has separate air conditioning. There is a closed housing estate parking lot and parking spaces along the street.
