The apartment is as described. Marc's kindness in explaining everything. The parking space is 10 points, even if it is not connected to the building. And the best thing is the location, beachfront. Quiet. And if you don't want to walk a lot, there's a typical Spanish restaurant next door where we always ate excellent food.

The house is beautiful and the stay in it was very appreciated and comfortable. The house was very clean and had everything you needed and extra touches. Eva was very friendly and took time to answer questions about the area, restaurants, transportation... The only thing to note is that the parking is on a slope and is somewhat narrow, it is not the most comfortable but it has parking and fulfills the function and it was great to have it at our disposal. We didn't use the pool due to the time of year, but it's right in front of the apartment, super convenient. We loved the stay.

The apartment absolutely corresponded to the hostess's description. Since we first booked through Airbnb, we were a little skeptical and excited. However, completely unfounded! Check-in went smoothly and we were shown the facility as well as the apartment in peace. The apartment was very clean and is super modern, there is even air conditioning that we liked to use. The unit is well maintained and large. We loved staying at the large pool which was also very well maintained. We liked to drive to Vinaros about 15 kilometers away to the sea. There were four of us, including two children, in the apartment and we were very satisfied.

I stayed with my friends in Freddy's house. It is a very peaceful place, with beautiful pool and very close to the beach. The house was comfortable with 2 bathrooms. Everything worked fine and the apartment was clean. I can recommend this place for everyone.

We stayed in this beautiful apartment autumn of 2024. The appartment is very nice; it is bright with large window with a sea view and historic old town view. Clean and in good condition with nice amenities and everything was working well. Location is central, only less than kilometer from local city center and 500m for the nearest beach and restaurants. The apartment is having a nice balcony + large terrace- ideal for morning exercises and coffee with sunrice. There is also a really nice hiking trails starting few hunders meters away. City is active and having pleanty of events year around. Ideal for long term holidays, you can get homely feeling easily. The host is very nice, flexible and responding quickly (welcoming was outstanding). All in all we had a really great time.

Ideal for exploring the Ebro Delta and getting around by bike. Unbeatable location. Very well-equipped and very comfortable apartment. 100% recommended.

Great time! Lovely Aparment

Accommodation and location of the duplex more than perfect. We were super comfortable. Our two puppies have enjoyed on the super terrace sunbathing and running around. A week of 10, like being at home and communication with the owner has been excellent and very fast. If we can...... we will repeat

We spent 15 days with my wife and two children at Carlos's and it was an exceptional stay. The accommodation is very spacious and well arranged. The most impressive is the view from the living room and the BEAUTIFUL balcony!!!! The residence is very quiet and allows you to really disconnect during this stay. The pool is very beautiful and also overlooks the sea. We took advantage of our stay to paddleboard and it was amazing at sunrise. A big thank you to Carlos for this information and these many messages to make sure everything was fine. One thing is sure if we come back one day to the Ràpita we will be back at Carlos's place with great pleasure.

I have used this fantastic apartment for 6 weeks. Beautiful view of the garden with swimming pool when you are at work. WiFi is excellent, which makes working online possible. The swimming pool is nice and quiet and I have made a lot of use of it. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood. With 800mtr you are at the rock path along the coast where you can walk with a sporty walk towards the village. You will pass several quiet bays and finally reach the sandy beaches of La Rapita. Furthermore, there are many possibilities to discover the area by bicycle.

The stay was wonderful! The house has endless details of decor that took us days to discover them all😍. The kitchen is super equipped and the beds very comfortable. It exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend it! Thank you Laure for being so kind and attentive to our family! 🫶🙌

Joan Marc is a very available person, answering all our questions. Her apartment is perfect, even better than the photos. The Rooftop Pool is perfect. There is also a large private pool in the residence which is also very good. Shops and the beach are within walking distance. The area is very pretty, the locals are friendly. I would recommend this place that I would rent without a problem if I come back.

We really enjoyed our holiday with the whole family. It was beautiful with Maria. We immediately felt at home. The apartment was sparkling clean, very nice and tastefully furnished, equipped with all the necessary things. Maria and Didier are very friendly, helpful hosts. They were always easily accessible, gave a lot of tips and recommendations for a good time. Maria has prepared every little thing up to the mosquito spray for her guests. The apartment is close to the sea and the beautiful Prominade is also within walking distance. We would love to come again and recommend Maria and Didier's apartment with all our heart.
